Sonny's Plumbing
They have the worst answering service. I called because our water was cut off by Sonny's Plumbing and when I called the answering service a woman by the name of Jessica who took the call and as I was explaining what happened and how because of the negligence on the part of Sonny's Plumbing, our water was inadvertently cut off. We are not upset about the water being shut off as much as the rudeness of the answering service of Sonny's Plumbing. Jessica wanted to argue with me that I placed the first call exactly seven minutes before the second call which was not true. The first call was placed by Brighton Homes. Brighton Homes gave the answering service my name and phone number. After then speaking with someone named David from the answering service, he assured me someone would call me back. Needless to say, about 10 minutes later, Audrey or Audra called me back (never apologizing for the water being shut off) and said that someone had been dispatched and would be here at some point. I never seen a group as unprofessional as Sonny's Plumbing.

Faucet-Related Repairs In Friendswood
Plumbers arrived fully equipped and they made sure it was done perfectly.
Tips & Advices
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
Frozen pipes are hazardous and can cause massive amounts of damage to your home. To prevent your pipes from freezing during the winter, run your faucets at a trickle and keep your house's heater at 55 degrees Fahrenheit or above to keep the water flowing.
  • Be mindful of how much water you use in your bathroom, kitchen and even outdoors when watering your lawn.
  • Make sure your toilet handle works properly and doesn't stick.
  • Replace old shower heads with more efficient low-flow options that can cut down on the gallons of water you use each morning.
  • Turning off the water while you brush your teeth
  • Only running your dishwasher or clothes washer when you have a full load.
