This mcd is definitely one of the worst location I have been to. They usually will not have ice cream or frappe drinks. Either they say the machine is broken or they just say they don't have it. Please fix this problem.
I've eaten here 3-4 times right after they opened All my orders were to go. but I did not think I was missing much by not eating there. (Every time I went there, some dumber version of JACKASS, was always playing on the large TV"s in the sole dining room.)Well for some reason, every order I made always had some issue or problem. I"d order a burger to be plain and when I got home, the burger would be found to contain ALL of the condiment list. Several times I ordered a diet soda and I received a regular soda. (An issue if you're Diabetic!) But the worst example of poor customer service occurred last week. I entered and made an take,-out order. I requested two grilled cheese sandwiches, along with the rest of my order. Upon my arrival home. my wife went through the bags of food. She found that BOTH of these sandwiches were not cooked PERIOD! They were just two slices of white bread, with American cheese in between the bread. Usually I'd telephone the restaurant, and advise them of immediately of any food order issues. When I was explaining to the manager what the problem was, he began to become very defensive and challenged my description of the uncooked food items. He denied that there anything wrong with the food, even though he had not seen them to make such a statement. He then told me to come back and that he'd fix my food order. I said that I did not wish to drive back right then and that I'd come back on a date or twoA couple of days later I returned to the restaurant and approved the front counter. A young woman standing behind it asked how she could help me. I produced the two sandwiches and the original receipt for their purchase. I told her that neither item was cooked and that they were ordered as "grilled cheese" The manager then walked over towards me, stood in front of me (from behind the counter) and told to stop making a scene. He then told the cook to make me two new grilled cheese sandwiches. While I stood there waiting for the food, he then continued to talk to me. He said that they had only been open three weeks and that I was the ONLY customer to ever complain about my food order. At that point I decided that I did need to continue doing business there and I requested a complete refund for the two sandwiches. I received my refund and left.Note: When I had an issue and/or problem with an good order in the past, I usually received somewhat better customer service. But this last experience is an example of the very poor customer service at this Red Onion Burger.
Service is horrible here. You go through drive thru and have to repeat your order at least 3 times and they still dont get it right. Inside dining room is ALWAYS a filthy mess!
This is a very nice place to eat.The employees are pleasant.We eat here a lot.We recomend this Taco Bell.
Was given a Groupon for sandwiches and never been there before, DELICIOUS!! A little pricy but worth it.
Slow to get to take our order, it was an empty restaurant at 5:45 pm. Cold fries, salad wads chopped so fine, I bet there were only 3 strawberries in my salad, sliced into 15 pieces. Every table was dirty, napkins on the floor. won't go back there.
Terrible service, management and accuracy of order. Never go here! They refuse to replace or refund you.
Restaurant was not clean, we waited 5 minutes to have someone take our order we were the only customer in the restaurant, the hamburger was horrible
Ordered (4) 10 piece tenders asked for bbq and ranch for dipping, I did not receive not one sauce. I called and spoke with a manager-Gloria, right off the bat she was very rude and un-professional. Gloria stated she would not replace tenders at a later time just because I didn't receive sauces, she also said to me, what are you going to do; not feed your kids. Are you kidding me??? What type of manager would speak to a customer who just spent $30 dollars at their establishment in such a stupid way? The district manager needs to remove her immediately, she IS NOT management material and will cost the company business. Gloria should have immediately apologized for the botched service and offered to make it right on my next visit. I am sure that unlike myself Gloria has NO degree in business or anything else...very evident, which made it even more difficult to establish any type of rapport with her. The trip to BK cost me gas, time, and money; how dare her not see the importance of orders being fulfilled correctly. Get her out!!
The service was horrible and it's not the first time I've dealt with this issue here. Worker had an attitude. Wasn't paying attention to what we wanted on the sandwiches. MADE them wrong. How can you make a sandwich wrong if I'm telling you what I want and she's not paying attention? Then to top it off she's arguing with the customer back and forth! A simple "I'm sorry" would have been great but, like I said this isn't the first time we have had issues with this subway. Took our business somewhere else and needless to say WILL NEVER RETURN. Family and friends will also be advised.
