Worst Company Ever. Filing a complaint with the District Attorneys office. The He-Secretary was a bully and very disrespectful and hinted if I paid more I could have gotten it faster when I already paid $425.00 to go from Fresno to Mariposa. My order has been sitting there since June 1 and today is June 9 and he said he might get to it tomorrow if not next week. I'm not paying him more.

Awful service and no follow through after the sale. Owner is rude and when alerted of a problem tells you all the things she cannot do to resolve the issue. Charges retail pricing and for the same item your shipping your better off going to the REAL UPS hub on McKinley and Golden State. Worst experience I have ever had. Then she has the nerve to tell me to take my business elsewhere. DO NOT PATRONIZE this store unless you want a HEADACHE!!

By far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with in awhile. Like the previous reviewer stated, they hoard your package, and WILL not give you any info. DHE handed the package off to white bear to deliver about 2 HOURS away.. After a week and a half my customer still hadn't recieved their package, DHE finally just put me in contact with white bear directly. I got to speak with the lovely (Sarcasm) Sharon... After she ignored every single email I sent her, I called and she yelled at me and said "We'll get to it when we get to it," regarding the delivery date on the package... I ended up having to hire a new trucking company to pick it up from their facility and deliver to the customer.. Which mind you, the new company did in one day... Would never ever recommend this company to anyone. After reading other reviews from other people, it amazes me these people are still in buisness, their customer service is garbage.

We were given their information from a friend of ours when we were in need of a good amount of fill dirt. They provided us with sets of doubles for the same price as we paid for singles before.

Steer clear of this carrier! Don't let the good reviews sway you. This carrier has to be the worst company in Fresno County. If anyone got their deliveries on time consider yourself lucky. They will hold your stuff for days to weeks with not as much as a phone call. I have had to hire another trucking company to pick up my stuff and deliver it to me. Their customer service is so unprofessional and extremely rude. From the receptionist, the drivers and the owner. The owner has a temper if you call him out on his terrible business practices.They don't care about their customers what so ever! I feel sorry for you if you use this company. They don't deserve 1 star.

I have coming here for over a month and I LOVE it. Employees are always friendly to me and make me feel welcome. Just today, I had over 8 packages to drop off and less than a minute I kid you not, an employee (elderly man, don't know hi name) walked out of the back door and offered to assist me with my packages. Talk about 100% customer service. Very friendly as always. In addition, they never fail to tell me "Have a great day." In my opinion, they have better customer service than USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. (:

They LOST my package containing expensive item sent via Fed Ex Ground. They do not care and will not accept blame. They never gave it to Fed Ex, so I can't even file a claim with Fed Ex. All they can say is "well it is not here". I will be taking them to small claims court. Not responsible. They are always too busy and things are chaotic.

Just a moment...
