My fiancé and I went to best buy to purchase a computer. We thought it would be the best place to go since we were familiar with it and regular customers. The employees there talked us into getting and 18 month interest free credit card and told us interest would accrue after the 18 months if it wasn't paid off. We did because we thought it was a great promotion. What they failed to mention is that interest would accrue during the 18 months and they would add it on to your account when it ended, resulting in hundreds of dollars in interest all at once! I never would have thought we would have been lied too and used for their own financial gain! DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM BEST BUY!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU TO MAKE A PURCHASE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!I went there on a recommendation. Received a quote of $100 to do some work. Accepted quote and went in to have the work done. To make a long story short when they were done the job cost over $250. They did the work without updating me about the cost. Then a few weeks later my windshield wiper spray quit working. Took my car into the dealer and discovered, $150 later that they had plugged a fuse into the wrong socket. Took the dealer invoice to them to see what they would say, the worker took a copy for the has now been 2 months and I never heard from them. So a job that should have cost $100 total ended up costing me $400. I would NEVER return to these people for anywork.

My experiences here have been mixed. I tend ti feel an unfriendly vibe coming in here, although some of the staff can be helpful. I have also found that they give mixed information. I went in approximately six times for one problem & they never knew how to fix it, however sometimes they would say the problem was rare and other times they would say they saw it often. If you're rich and a huge Apple fan, I'm sure they'll love you though.
