Service dept is AWFUL. They try and charge you for unecessary repairs. I received my car back and it wasn't even put back together correctly!
Really really bad. I will never take my car there again. BEWARE!
i hate this place...I had an accident and came here for them to fix my car.. They didnt know how to contact my insurance very well. My car has been here for a month. they were very rude and was giving me additude. The guy name Ronie was the one who was taking care of my car and he talk very fast with a rudwely manner. I did not like the service here at all. This will be my very last time that i will be here. If u want customer u have to have good service but next time i will not come back here. Will me my first and last.
I recently took my Toyota Sienna to Michael's Toyota to correct some issues that I inherited when it was sold to me at CarMax. I have an extended warranty on my car through CarMax and wasn't sure what to expect from them. I was greeted with a warm welcome and they were quick to answer my questions. My representative, Sal Vargas, was very knowledgeable regarding the extended warranty from CarMax and said they he would have no issues accepting my warranty from Carmax! I was relieved! After the inspection, a rental car was provided for me. All the work was done in good time and I feel my car is like new!! I highly recommend seeing Sal Vargas at Michael's Toyota. Keep up the awesome work Sal!!
Salvador Vargas is terrific. He has helped me when I have questions in regards to my vehicles. Sal is very professional and customer service orientated. Sal goes out of his way to assist me/ his customers.

I had a question and Service rep, Sal Vargas was great. He helped me out by explaining the extended service they offered. He was prepared for all the questions I had and was just an all around great guy.
Getting the car wasn't the problem. It's getting the car serviced which I paid for in bumper to bumper warranty. I've had my car for 6 months and the amount of concern on their faces is zero! They want ur money but if they see ur face again, they just feel the need to be cold and uncaring. I've been given the run around to get my car just looked at, telling me to go to another service shop and then that service shop telling me to bring it back to Michaels. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced anywhere! Don't make ur purchases here...they are modern day pirates.
I took my 2008 tundra in for flashing dash lights and was given a $1500 estimate for replacing the radiator and water pump which has never leaked a drop and still doesn't. I disconnected the battery for a couple of minutes and miraculously no flashing lights and no leaks. They charged me $125.00 for that valuation. CLEARLY DISHONEST
Dislike the service department - their price quotes for service are easily 10 times what they should be - recently was given a quote of $900 for routine maintenance on my Toyota - went to Jiffy Lube instead and paid $100. And the people are nicer! I think I'll go write a nice review for them!
I recently purchased a new toyota camry hybrid and am extremely greatful and happy with Michael Toyota dealer experience. Despite my credit not being all that great I got a great deal and needed no co signer. Bobby the salesman was friendly, as well as all the staff and all did a great job from sales to financing. I will definately recommend this dealership if anyone is wanting a good car buying experience.
Seriously Unfriendly Staff. I killed a deal because they tried to raise the finance rate when I was about to close the deal.
