YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

At Westwoods BBQ & Spice Co, a Fresno barbeque restaurant, we love our BBQ and the valley farmland that produces so much that goes onto our table. The fast casual style of our restaurant can either get your meal to-go from our cafe or come enjoy a drink at the full bar before you sit down for your meal.

My family and I eat here often, despite the problems we often have with service. The language barrier one runs into with some employees makes getting accurate and timely service an issue. Honestly, the food is usually so good that we are willing to ignore this. But last Saturday night we decided on a late dinner we would pick up here. When we tried to order some of our favorite dishes we were told that none of the "combinations" were available because most of the staff was working at a special event off-site. I thought this showed lousy management and planning, and as we had to drive 20-minutes to get there it was also inconvenient. There were no signs or other notices that this would happen, just an overworked and slightly testy counter person. You can do better, folks.

Good food. Good service. My friend had a crush on the waitress; we had a good laugh and tipped her well.

We enjoyed pomegranate mimosas, passion fruit iced tea and watermelon lemonade and tried the low-carb Crab Cobb Salad, Tortellini a la Pesto, and the Outrageous Albacore Tuna Melt. \r Next out was a Tri-Tip Sandwich, which was served on a fresh baguette. The meat was very tender and had excellent flavor. The Focaccia Fun Melt was next. The combination of turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and onions baked with pesto and mozzarella on hot focaccia bread was scrumptious. We also tried the Tortellini a la Pesto, made with fantastic three-cheese stuffed tortellini and grilled chicken breast, served in a light pesto sauce topped with toasted pine nuts and shaved parmesan. Our next dish was the Portobello Margherita Pizza also, and surprisingly, from the low- carbohydrate lunch menu. The thin, whole grain crust was topped with fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic, moist grilled Portobello mushrooms, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese. The final dish was the Grilled Chicken Asparagus Wrap. Enveloped in a whole grain, low-carb tortilla with parmesan cheese and ripe tomatoes, the wrap included a side of sweet Honey Mustard dressing for dipping, in addition to the crisp asparagus and flavorful chicken. \r Although everyone claimed to not have enough room for dessert (including me!), we all jumped for the treats Robin brought to our table. \r The first one was Stuffed French Toast, a common breakfast choice, but also a great dessert for a group to share. Stuffed with blueberries, strawberries and cream cheese, and topped with walnuts and powdered sugar, this dish is decadent whether you have it for breakfast or dessert. \r Next we tried a moist German Chocolate Cake followed by a Pumpkin Square. I really enjoyed the pumpkin square, which is such a seasonal pleasure. \r Want to know more about local hot spots and the tastiest dishes around town?
