Basic Concrete
I contracted Basic Concrete to lay a patio and a walkway several years ago and they did a phenomenal job at a phenomenal price. I tried to hire them again for another job a few years ago but they didn't answer their phone nor return any calls. Fast forward to today, I tried to contract them for a third job but couldn't make it to the appointment. I called to find out what happened and was told he would arrive within twenty minutes. That never happened and they didn't answer their phone when I called the second time. They're capable of doing quality work but the work can't be done when they don't show up.

A DUO Concrete Inc.
I had a great experience with the service they provided. I had and backyard patio poured and a large fire pit with stamped and colored concrete around it. It came out beautifully and I am very happy with the work done. I would highly recommend them.

Colombo A Concrete
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever used in my life. He first off got in a fist fight in my back yard with one of his workers and my husband had to stop it. his contract ended today and he left the job unfinished, with all of the mess. I would not use this contractor unless you want to get ripped off. We paid for colored concrete and we have splotchy color, the workman ship absolutely horrid. Next step court. This is a minus one star

Does excellent work and takes you step by step through the process so you understand what is going on... David is a great guy and takes pride in his work.. I call him every time I need any work done.

Basic Concrete
Horrible Services... I would not recommend... If you luck out with them answering their phones... don't bother... they will schedule an appointment to come out... and when they should be at your house... they call to reschedule.... Tried it twice and the same scenario both times... I don't have time for crappy service like that!!!
Tips & Advices
Commercial cleaning companies are not required to carry liability insurance, but it offers valuable protection for both business owners and their clients. Liability insurance covers property damage, bodily injury, and advertising lawsuits, and it also assists with costs related to broken furniture and equipment. When evaluating commercial cleaning companies, choose one that provides liability coverage for your own protection and peace of mind.
Stamped concrete offers several benefits. It requires less long-term maintenance and care than many other materials, and the installation process is simpler and less labor intensive. Like traditional concrete, stamped concrete is incredibly durable, and it provides greater longevity than competing materials. Also, stamped concrete can be visually appealing, and can enhance the look and value of your home.
Stamped concrete is designed to last as long as traditional concrete. This durable material has a lifespan of 25 years or more, provided it has been competently installed and maintained. A sealant is required to preserve the color of stamped concrete, and this protectant brings the added benefit of extending the overall life of the material.
The color of stamped concrete can fade over time if proper measures aren't taken. Applying a sealer is an excellent way to protect the color of the stamped concrete on your floors. It's also essential to reseal your concrete every two or three years. Many sealers include UV protectants designed to banish fading caused by exposure to the sun.
For a basic job, it typically costs $8-$12 per square foot to install stamped concrete. For more complicated projects, costs can soar as high as $18 per square foot. Basic jobs involve just one pattern and color, while more complex jobs utilize elaborate, multipattern designs and dramatic coloring effects.
