Service department: I was very favorably impressed with staff courtesy and friendliness - offered refreshments, opened doors (I use a cane), and provided highly efficient shuttle service. Nick Lal, my Service Advisor for many years, is absolutely outstanding with full explanations of needed repairs, timely suggestions and followup. When repairs and routine inspections are completed the car is returned in immaculate condition. Bravo BMW of Fremont!

Toyota Tsusho America Inc
They have an employee by the name of ixel Castillo who is on meth. I've spoken to her lead about her problem n safety issues concerning her drug use at the work place. Is this who Tesla wants to inspect their tires?

Fremont Toyota
I week before I call a appointment in Freemont Toyota to do the recall inflator airbag for my Toyota matrix . When I got the day of appointment I told the advisor that I come in to do recall and I need a oil change and tires rotation. The dealer charge me for 92.00 dollar I leave the car for 2hrs. and half hrs. When I pick up the car the advisor told me no parts available he told me that I need to come the advisor should tell me in first place that no part available. And don't know if my tire got rotated look like I been trick and dissapointed no oil change will take 2hrs&half hrs for service for those who Goin to dealer. Just be careful and don't trick you I am coming back to that place.

AutoNation Honda Fremont
I really don't like going car shopping but when I got to the Honda dealer we were met by Kent. He really made it easy and made my wife happy with his wanting to make her feel comfortable. We had a choice of 2 cars and the first one we started my wife wasn't really happy with the way is sounded so he went to get the keys for the next one and that is the one we decided to get. We went inside and Kent was busy with some other customers that came back to see him so we were introduced to Benny (the better looking salesman) in his words. We did the numbers and weren't really happy with them so he went to get see if they would lower the price and came back with something we could work with. Along with going back and forth on the price there was a lot of humor going between us which made the whole car buying experience nice. If your in the market for a car do yourself a favor and go and see them. Ask for Kent or Benny. You won't be sorry. They are at Honda in Fremont.

BMW of Fremont
Worst experience ever!!! I am not one to wire reviews but my experience was horrible that I decided to take the time to write something. The service department is the worst. No customer service what do ever. I bought my first BMW at a different dealer. Took it to Fremont because one small piece on my convertible got broke after only 1 week of buying it. Took it to Fremont dealer. They said it was a defect but the part was not over under my warranty. Again, this happened one week after buying it. Ridiculous!!! They told me to go back to where I bought it. I couldn't believe this was my first customer service experience with BMW. Horrible service at this dealer!!!

Worst decision ever placing a loan app here.... My cousin came in to lease a 2015 BMW 550i he placed a loan application with his dad as the "primary" and himself as the "co applicant". Shawn who is the current Fiance manager at Fremont BMW completed his application and denied him as his credit score/history for both him and his father didn't have sufficient history. Going forward, my cousin asked me to cosign for him as Shawn recommend a co applicant with a greater history which i personally had 2 auto loans, however i was declined as i do not reside at the same mailing address as my cousin... My question is, why didn't Shawn inform me this before submitting the application? I mean come on now you are titled as "Fiance Manager" yet basic knowledge to process a loan is inadequate. You have verified that the addresses are not the same, yet you still process the application that's a given red flag that you will be denied even if your score is 700+! NOW I HAVE A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT! The most basic requirements which could have been avoided caused me hell. I am more surprised that i have left him 2 voice mails and still haven't gotten a reply back from him. I have spoke to Sofia and Deborah who are the "The receptionist" at BMW Fremont all they said was shawn will call you back in 5 mins.. I HAVE BEEN HEARING THAT SINCE 9AM ITS 7 PM NOW!! talk about 5 mins...
