I've lived here for yrs. The management is the absolute worst Ive ever encountered. I would even go so far as to call them slumlords. I've had bedbugs, roaches, mold, leaky ceiling, chipping paint. All issues that take forever to get fixed (if at all) because all management cares about is collecting rent. They're constantly getting citations and fines which they pay but the problems persist for myself and other tenants. People move in the building and quickly leave once they see the conditions. Save yourself time, aggravation and money by staying away from ATM management owned property.

I want to start by saying the people that work at this office are very rude and extremely unprofessional. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can’t give zero stars. My lease was up on July 31st. I was advised on July 7th that my rent would be going up again on July 31st. At this point, I made the decision not to renew my lease and move out when my lease expired on the 31st (three weeks after the notice that my rent would be increasing). If I stayed in the apartment beyond my lease expiration, I would have to pay a penalty. I was never informed that 60 day notice was required to receive my full deposit. When I moved in I was advised that I would receive my full deposit (which would be processed and mailed to me the following month). August has come and gone. September has come and gone. October has come and gone. I have yet to receive anything. I have called every month to find out the status of my deposit. I have been given incorrect and conflicting information while having to deal with the bad attitudes given to me by the women who answer the phones. It is now November 15th and I called again to speak with the manager. I am now being advised that my refund was never processed and that since I didn’t give 60 day notice, I will only receive half of my deposit. This is extremely unfair and unprofessional on multiple levels.
