The only thing that will make me feel better is if a pleasant, understanding person would answer the phone and help solve my problem. A Hispanic sounding woman answered the phone on 11/29/16 around 8:35 a.m. I did not receive a package from DHL that was said to be delivered to my home on Nov. 25th. It was not put in my mailbox, by my garage, or by any doors at my house. I need this item, which is a front license plate holder from Ebay. It is specific to fit this vehicle. Other packages were delivered to me, but this one was not. I tried explaining all this to the woman, who was rude in her tone and told me to "calm down" when I was not upset until SHE told me to "calm down". She talked rapidly and asked me if I understood how to go online an file a "stolen" package claim. I have 3 college degrees, and I know how to file a claim. However, I think this package was put in the wrong mailbox or it is still on the mail carrier's vehicle. Also, when I asked why my "VACANT" green card that I FILLED OUT and put in our mailbox 3 months ago was returned yesterday, she hung up on me after she said, "Have a good day, ma'am." I called back and NO ONE would pick up the phone after about 50 rings each time. She was avoiding me. I wanted to report her rude telephone behavior to the Postmaster. I will come in today to do so. She is a paid government worker and she should have been apologetic and helpful. If that conversation was recorded, please listen to it. Of course I'm a bit upset, because I did not receive my package that I need to get the license plated mounted on the front of my son's vehicle so he does not get a ticket!!! If I were her boss, she would have been dismissed immediately. Jobs are hard to come by, and she SHOULD NOT be dealing with the public on the phone or in person. I am respectful if others are respectful to me. It was the USPS who made the mistake, not me. Also, our mail is being delivered very late on most days.

This place does not acknowledge intercepts at all. I tried intercepting a package, after calling 3 times this week, due to urgency. This is the second time I have tried to intercept and they said its impossible because they are lazy. Never again will I be using this service.

Worst place ever. Customer service was horrible. Didn't take my package that i had already printed a label to ready to ship because the weight was off by 1 oz.!!!! Like are you serious? Had to by another Shipping label
