I LIVE CLOSE TO CHICAGO, IL, SO I WAS SEARCHING FOR A SUPER CLEAN FERRARI 458 ITALIA, I SEARCHED AND SEARCHED BUT FAILED TO FIND A 2013 FERRARI 458 ITALIA WITH ROSSO SCUDERIA EXTERIOR COLOR AND BORDEAUX W/LEATHER SEATS. MY BUDGET WAS $290,000 AND EVEN THE ONES I FOUND CLOSE TO MY HOUSE OR IN OTHER STATES THEY WERE SELLING MORE THAN $320,000 AND IT WAS A LITTLE TOO MUCH FOR ME TO SPEND, WELL. WELL, AFTER MONTHS OF SEARCH ONE DAY I SAW A 2012 FERRARI ITALIA WITH ALPHA MOTORSPORTS AND THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH THE PERFECT COLOR COMBINATION. THEY HAD THIS FERRARI AT THEIR MANASSAS LOCATION AND THEY HAD ABOUT 60 VEHICLES AT MANASSAS LOCATION, SO I GOT SCARED TO BUY FROM THEM AND AFTER A FEW DAYS OF SEACH I FOUND OUT THEIR MAIN LOCATION IS IN FREDERICKSBURG LOCATION WITH 300 VEHICLES AND I FOUND OUT MANASSAS LOCATION WAS OPENED LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO AND STILL THEY WERE DOING SOME CONSTRUCTION AND THAT IS WHY THEY HAD 60 VEHICLES AT MANASSAS LOCATION. I CAN WRITE AND WRITE BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE, I AM ENJOYING EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF IT AND ALPHA MOTORSPORTS EVEN TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION AND WHEN FERRARI ADVISOR EMAILED ME, HE MENTIONED THAT THIS FERRARI THAT I AM BUYING IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION AND I TOLD THEM IF THEY HAVE SOMETHING SIMILAR, HE SAID THEY DO HAVE ONE VERY SIMILAR AND I TOLD THEM HOW MUCH HE TOLD ME $330,000, I WAS LIKE THANKS BUT NOT THANKS BECAUSE ALPHA MOTORSPORTS SOLD ME MY DRAM FERRARI FOR $283,000.00. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR YOUR DREAM CAR YOU KNOW WHERE TO GO, ALPHA MOTORSPORTS. I WILL BE BUYING MY ROLLS ROYCE SOON AND ALPHA MOTORSPORTS WILL BE THE PLACE THAT I WILL GO AGAIN, THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN EVEN FIND ME WHATEVER I AM LOOKING FOR. I knew what I wanted when I stepped on the lot of Lucky Line Motors so it became Mike Conduff's and Mickey's job to produce the vehicle at the price I was willing to pay. I won't say I consider myself a difficult customer, but yes, it did take the two of them to find what I wanted and then get the price where I was comfortable with it. They did an amazing job! They both took the time to listen to what I was looking for and why and then matched me with the perfect vehicle. Any questions I had were either answered promptly or were researched to a get a satisfactory answer and I felt completely comfortable with the process at all times. Both of these guys are great salesmen, neither too overpowering or too disinterested and to top it all off, offered to deliver the truck to me and that is way above and beyond anything I had ever heard of before! Fantastic customer service, and I know because that is what I do for a living. :-) I walked away with a great truck at a very competitive price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

The shop advised me it was ok to have all the checks from the insurance company go directly to them. After agreeing to that the shop called me 3-4 times a day demanding that I pay them the amount the insurance company owed. The insurance company called the shop multiple times to advise no check was sent to me and all checks were sent directly to them. When i attempted to address the issue the shop manager responded by interrupting every sentence to tell me why I, the customer was the one at fault. Radley agreed to deal directly with the insurance company for payment. Their staff hounded me with phone calls, none of which had to do with anything other than payment; no status updates on my vehicle or even a friendly check up. I will never use this shop again, and I will remember their poor service whenever I am asked about this dealership or shop.

I stopped by the dealership on a recommendation of a friend. I only had a minute to look before I needed to be somewhere. A salesman named Mickey introduced himself and I quickly told him what I was looking for and the time restraint I had for the day. He took me straight to the car that I had requested, told me the price and we made an appointment for a test drive, as I had to leave. Needless to say, I bought the perfect car I was looking for. Mickey was so helpful and knowledgeable with not only the vehicle, but the entire process. His easy going attitude, constant smile and professionalism made this experience, this the ONLY time in my life I've enjoyed buying a car. I've had the car a week now, and I love to report there are no issues with it and I have managed to NOT get a speeding ticket (yet). Thank you Mickey!!!!

I am the new store manager and if you are ever dissatisfied...for any reason...please call me directly and I WILL ENSURE it is made right to the best of my abilities.My primary responsibility is the success of my store. However, the only way that can be accomplished is by having satisfied customers.Not everyone will be 100% satisfied, this is natural, but I will do everything I can to at least prove that my customers are the most important part of our business.In the short time I have been manager, we have made positive leaps and bounds in the way we handle our customers and their vehicles. I ask you to not judge us because of our past and know that there is a manager present that is striving to earn your trust.

I was in the market to buy a car and went to many dealership around this area, I found my dream car with Best Motors, I bought from them a 2012 Honda accord, I was very upset in making decision on this buying as I read some odd reviews about this dealership on net and was confused, but actually they were having that car which matched my search criteria and I took chance to go over there and guess what...All went perfectly good and no problems no hassles fast processing of paperwork. I checked the car had test drive, there was no problem in the vehicle, it was in immaculate mint condition very very clean...Am soo happy that I took chance to go there...cool people cool cars...that's what I had my experience. The Fredericksburg, VA location on Southpoint Pkwy was the best Carmax I or my family has personally ever been to. We love Carmax as it is but there was something superb about this location. Jeremy Fossum was my sales consultant and I was impressed with his genuineness and help while I was there. The entire experience to purchase a vehicle was not stressful one bit. I also lived 1.5 hours away and Jeremy worked to help us with a scheduling conflict on getting the remote start installed. While my mother was there helping me to get it installed, she reported that she was very touched on how she was treated with such kindness and now has made another journey to Fredericksburg just because of the character of people at that location. Thank you ALL!

I've been looking at suv's for 6 months now. Today I decided to look at a 08 land Rover that was at lucky line motors. When I got there Mike Cundiff helped me find the vehicle I saw online and let me lest drive it. When I got back to the dealership he came outside and answered the many questions I had had. He made buying my land Rover easy and Hassel free. I love my new vehicle and am so glad I had waited and went to lucky line motors and was not bullied into buying something I was not in love with. Every part of buying my car was at my pace unlike other dealerships where I had been rushed through looking at the vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership! Thank you Mike for making my horrible experiences into a great one!

Action Auto Works
Prior to taking my 94 Lexus to Action Auto Works, I was told that there is no help for my car. I was devastated! wasn't willing to give up on my car. I called and spoke to Barry who not only listened to my problems but offered to take a look at my car. I needed alot of work and they came through for me and it was afforable. They are excellent mechanics, I promise you they will do their best to help in any situation. I when in to there shop in tears and came out with hope. I highly recommend these guys hands down. They keep you involved every step of the way. I am not going anywhere else. I am totaly happy with Action Auto Works. Thanks for doing what you do and caring about your customers! Ms. Burnett

My experience with Corbin’s RV is not unlike most of the experiences I have had with getting work done. The folks at Corbin’s RV are not nearly as bad as those in some businesses I have dealt with and a lot better than most. I have found in dealing with them that they are busy, and they are human, and they do make mistakes, but in the long run, they come through. Treat them like you want to be treated and all will be well. As for the dogs, if you love dogs, they are great. If you don’t, the dogs will leave you alone and go back to their resting places. In summary, if customer service seems weak, it is probably because they are trying to get your work done. Just my 2 cents.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
