No Security: \r \r We have had peoples homes spay painted, Broken into(Day and Night), Damaged by Fireworks. The park wants us to be responcable for our own homes as far as alarms and such, thats fine but they are not taking respocablity for the Park in itself. There is Loud Music Day and Night so bad it shakes the homes and causes damage to things hanging on walls making them fall of and break or damaging them and it shakes the foundations of the homes to the point it could cause damage or to come off the bricks. We need security in here.\r \r No Street Lights,:\r \r Used to have street lamps in front of everyones homes provided by the park. Now its dark in here and hard to see the roads and such.\r \r Flooding and Sink Holes: \r \r Mill Creek is behind the park and no one cleans it out and maintains the bed area. \r \r There is no flood wall to protect homes. The park flooded so bad back about 10-20 years ago they have to take people out in row boats\r \r There are several sink holes in the area that no one has filled in or tried to stop. \r \r Road and Drive way Repair,:\r \r Roads have holes and have not been repaved. Or if they have its only been just the hole. Driveways are old craked and not repaved.\r \r No Stop Signs on side streets.\r \r No Shelter: Incase of emergencys like tornados,storms or anything that is Damaging to park Property\r \r No locks on elterical boxes\r \r Park plumbing old and in state or needing repair.\r \r \r People who should not be renting:\r \r Everyone is to own their homes and live in them and rent the land according to the lease. \r \r There are not to be any renters or the homes or section 8 rentals in the park yet there are and its being coverd up this is fact.\r \r Its expensive to live in this park $400+ dollars a month plus a Yearly Tax(Property?) and thats all just for the land. The park itself does not want to take responceablity for who they let live here or for the protection of the residents of the park Or Repairs to the park itself.
