I cannot convey the skepticism that I have always had towards "traditional" at dealers. Lets face it, their reputations have been horrible. Remember Bill Heard? Furthermore, as a former employee of Carmax for almost 4yrs, I was used to the easy way of buying a "certified" car.I don't mind admitting that I was dead wrong to be cynical and skeptical. My salesman Greg Schmidt was fantastic, likable, and patient with me & my two screaming kids. He made the process more simple than when I bought a car from Carmax. One word on Carmax for a moment: they are NOT the best deal in town and their cleanliness and "certified" quality is marginal, from my experience. Anyway, we bought an Odyssey sight unseen, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Greg has 24yr experience and it shows. I got the best deal on any low mile CPO 2011 Odyssey EXL RES following a nationwide search (Carmax, cars.com, etc). I didn't have to haggle. I'm thrilled to say I was wrong, Ol' DW is the way to go for a Honda & Greg Schmidt should be your salesman.

Franklin Buick Pontiac GMC
Excellent guy! If they don't have exactly what you are looking for, Mr. Wack will certainly find it for you. Customer Service is #1 to this guy. If you are not happy, he is not happy and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. I recommend you contact this dealer if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned GMC, Pontiac, or Buick. I just bought an '09 PONTIAC VIBE GT and I LOVE IT!! Do yourself a favor and get one too...save some gas as they top out at 34miles per gallon...amazing stuff here!!! Also, they have a excellent and professional financing manager there that will help you get the best rate out there. I am very pleased with my purchase experience. Thanks Larry, Aloe and Thanks Franklin PBG!

Walker Chevrolet
My sales rep Jonathan Gardner was awesome. Professional yet personal and not pushy at all.I have bought 12 new and used cars over the years. This dealership is over 4 hours from my home in a different state. The customer care is beyond perfect.Everyone from the Owner, Service Manager, Finance and everyone else is nothing short of professional and truly cares for their customers.Let me put it this way. If my front windshield needed to be cleaned, I would drive the 4 1/2 hours one way to Walker Chevrolet, ask them to clean it and drive back 4 1/2 hours home. When I am in the need of another vehicle, I will drive to Walker Chevrolet and buy from them, no matter what state I live in.

Universal Kia
My husband and I began our day at the Hickory Hollow Kia location. It was a terrible experience. Despite that we continued on to the Franklin location where we met Andrae McCarter. From the beginning he listened to us and was exceptional in every way! We intended to buy a used car but in the end bought a brand new 2014 that we love. Andrae surpassed all expectations we had. In the future we would look to buy from him again. He made it painless and fun!

I really wanted to comment on service dept because that is why I was there. Anja (not sure spelled right) but I think that is her name....She is GREAT!! She remembers me every time I am in for service. She is kind, honest and never leaves me feeling pressured. She is good about emphasizing what needs to be done and what can wait.No one likes doing service or oil changes but if she is working, I know its a quick smooth process! She is great!!

Another location offering a huge amount of cars. Use the website to see and reserve. The staff is kind. Main downside? Test drives not possible with other than USA licenses (it's an insurance thing) which can be an issue for expats who have just moved to the USA and need a car. Solution? Buy the car, test-drive and return without questions if you don't like it.

I take my car in for maintenance there every couple of months. The service is always excellent and the staff very kind. They are honest and don't try to sell you things you do not need. The price is not much different from other local oil shops and you don't have to deal with the hassle of being haggled. They also was your car for you at no additional cost.

Universal Kia
The salesmen and managers were so easy to deal with. The service was top notch. I felt like they went above and beyond to help put me in the vehicle I wanted right from the start. Jesse & Lyle could not have been more helpful. I would recommend Franklin Universal Kia to all my friends & family looking to purchase a new car in the future.

We bought our car here and also use them for service. The car purchase was fine, but I wasn't wild about their sales tactics with regard to up selling service and warranty agreements. Be prepared to refuse these offers. We are however happy with the service department for their competitive pricing.

Toyota of Cool Springs
This is a very busy collision center, cars are sometimes stacked a couple deep in the parking lot. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, with reasonable communication regarding readiness of car. Work was excellent and above what I received from a comparable insurance-claim shop.

Just a moment...
