Servicios Leyva
GREAT OUTCOME THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! :-)I could not be happier! This office was extremely nice, organized and very helpful. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, but it is my own fault for not calling a head of time to seeing when a better time would time is busy at the Leyva's. My wife had to go to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico for her appointment. I had consulted several attorneys and they all said the same thing. So I finally decided on going to Servicios Leyva for their help because two friends and one family member had referred them to me and they too hade a great experience and great results. I was very happy with them, their patients etc. They were extremely helpfull throughout the whole process. My wife also needed a waiver and that too was also smooth sailing. My wife was approved in a short amount of time. I could not be happier! I really thought it was going to be a horrible experience especially since a co-worker of mine did not have a very good experience with an attorney he used and paid thousands and thousands for a bad result. Who knows what acutally happened; from what my friend's wife tells me, the consulate found something in his past that affected the outcome. Thank God nothing like that happened to me and my wife. She is back in the United States wiith me and our two children. Life seems back to normal but with one major difference, my wife is now a Legal Permanent Resident and she too one day will be a Citizen like me and our two children. All thanks to Servicios Leyva and their great work.

Servicios Leyva
I will forever be in their debt. The staff over there went out of their way to reassure me that my father would not be forced to leave the country. They professionally handle every aspect of the immigration process. I was constantly kept up to date with everything. They made me feel our case was their most important. The best thing out of all of this is that my dad will be there for his grandsons first birth day.

Tips & Advices
Many services offer long-term contracts that include regularly scheduled cleanings. These contracts sometimes, but do not always, result in discounted prices. Most cleaning services offer discounts in exchange for customer referrals.
Homeowners should review their cleaning service's damage/breakage policy. Some businesses compensate for damaged items, while others do not.
Not always. Before hiring a cleaning service, homeowners should confirm the company verifies its employees' identities and performs background checks. Those planning to hire a self-employed cleaner rather than go through a business should inquire about background check options available from their state's attorney general.
  • The annual costs. Weekly services quickly add up, and homeowners may need to pay additional taxes if they choose a self-employed cleaner.
  • Language barriers and miscommunications. Some professional cleaners might speak English as a second language .
  • Background checks and employment verification. Homeowners can be held liable if they employ a person not legally permitted to work in the U.S.
Some services charge more for pets while others do not. Regardless, homeowners should keep in mind that any pet-related cleaning, such as emptying a litter box, adds to the amount of time the service charges for.
