I've been with State Farm for many years, and in the past few I've noticed my agent's customer service was taking a serious nose dive. My family had noticed the same. Customer service is key and very much valued in this type of business, least in my opinion.I called RB Brown in Frankfort and Erin answered. What a gem she is, she's personable, very knowledgable and highly efficient. I was so impressed with her customer service I switched my policy that same day. Here comes the BONUS, within 24 hours of switching over she got me better coverage for a cheaper rate. I sent her my entire family and she's done the same for them.
