Once upon a time, pizza chefs, and I use the word chef intentionally, actually bought the best ingredients, perfected their own sauces, tamed the ovens to produce a perfect pie, and took pride in handing the result of their hard work to you. Today, a kid shows up at the door, bored beyond belief, and drops your pizza while he calculates change. I've eaten one of these "world's best" pizza. First of all, it may have been the world's best something but it wasn't pizza. It was more like toast with ketchup and a little cheese on top.Chris doesn't play that game. I grew up in Boston. I've eaten real pizza cooked by pizza chefs everywhere. And one day, I walk into a small shop in Foxboro and taste the best pizza I've ever had.By the way, if you order a large, you can call 4 friends over on the way home
