    Overall experience was fair, but they were not very clear regarding the 200.00 holding fee. As a young adult, I am on a tight budget. We were told that the 200.00 would be returned in full. Later, in returning the vehicle from a 1 day rental, was then told I would be getting back around 170, and did not give clear explanation as to why. Also, that they would have to mail a check to me in 7-10 days.The car was returned clean with a 1/2 tank of gas. Will not be renting again... I feel cheated.

    Pros:
    - They offer discounts
    - They usually have a fair selection of cars available
    - Their customer service is good
    - Competitive pricing
    - Easy locations to get to

    Cons:
    - Contrary to their slogan, they don't pick up up on weekends and sometimes during the week. This is true for both locations in Greenville.
    - They aren't as thorough with cleaning/prepping their cars as they should be. We got a car that had no windshield wiper fluid and the seat belt was loaded with fragrance of some kind. We had to clean the seat belt so we no longer got sick.
    - The hours of operation are narrow and definitely not open on Sunday.

    Very disappointed in the service! Fountain Inn and Clinton office ran by same staff! Not enough staff or vehicles. Not able to accommodate my needs!

    This is a nice location. Always a pleasure renting from here. On some occasions when they do not have the car I reserve, they upgrade me. Love the weekend special they have, I use them as often as possible!

    Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the location of Enterprise in between Fountain Inn and Simpsonville (I believe this is the correct location). I reserved a mini-van on a Monday, for the following Wednesday. We called to confirm the reservation on Tuesday morning and were assured that the van was available. I had a flight to make in Atlanta on Wednesday with a group I was responsible for their travel. We had quite a lot of luggage to take with us for a mission trip. On Wednesday morning at 8:45, when our scheduled pick-up time was between 9-10, they called to tell us that there was not a mini-van available in the area. I asked for a van or another large vehicle, which the woman working at Enterprise checked for availability, she first said she found one, but later said that she was unable to find anything. When I asked why we weren't alerted much more in advance, and asked for an explanation, she hung up on me. Now, if I were yelling, swearing, or insulting her, a hang-up is totally understandable. But I am a Southern girl, and I don't yell. I'm guessing she didn't want to answer the questions so hanging up was easier. I'm also guessing she probably excused it by saying I was rude on the phone with her, which was totally untrue. I am sure I sounded incredulous though... and having returned from my mission trip I still am. Please don't rent there based on principle......
