Services Unlimited
I have had four run-ins with Services Unlimited in the last two months. They are contracted by AT&T to bury cable lines in my neighborhood. Every time they come out here I have had to call AT&T back out to run a new cable line because my internet and phone goes out. Most of their employees do not speak English, they never let me know when my internet will be down while they are burying the cable and they leave while my internet is still down. They are awful and I can't get AT&T to send another contractor out here, so this cycle just keeps happening.

Services Unlimited
Horrible company. Haven't talked to a single person who is actually nice. Extremely rude. I hate AT&T does business with these people. Plus they can't even do their job the correct way.

Car depotBought a truck. Kept having problems with motor. Told the owner and it was in and it of the shop. I finally gave the truck back and they had sold my note while it was in the shop and then bought it back from the sister company and that company put the entire note on my credit report. This is the sister company.

Mega Contractors Inc
Absolute horrible company! They will not communicate with subcontractors regarding non-payment of contractual amounts due. We confirmed with the City and with the Architect that Mega did indeed receive payment for their contract with the City, but that they are not paying their subcontractors. Steer clear! by Alred Glass Co, Broken Arrow, OK.

Our company completed 2 Racetracks for them and they never paid us after many attempts to contact them. Finally the President of our company went over there, but that didn't work either. They gave him another lie of it will be

After giving careful consideration to using a temp agency for job placement I decided that FWT was a good place to start. Staff seemed friendly, everything SEEMED in line, but be careful and watch out for this facade. The first giveaway in regards to this company's shortcomings can be seen almost immediately. They talk to you about a job offer and hand you a packet about the company. Not only is the packet full of glaring grammatical errors but the information on the respective companies is NEVER up to dateAfter your interview process they ensure you that you are not only a great candidate but that they will be in contact with you after date X to let you know either wayNot only do they neglect to contact you, as do most companies, but they avoid phone calls, emails, etc ad pretty much anything that would cause them to give you a straight up answerIf you use them, great, but just be prepared for another 3-4 weeks of promises that flop. Also if you are unfortunate enough to deal with them as a business watch out for Ashley C. She has a funny way of not only avoiding contact but will also go for periods of 5-6 days during the process and respond with "oh I was busy" Fortunately I have found another job but I felt this is something everyone should know and avoid. If you want a real career avoid FWT and especially their joke of a recruiter known as, Ashley C

Poor driving. Blind lane change - soutbound bryant irvin just north of I-20 just after 5pm. White GMC truck hauling a white trailer. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being pinned against the curb. Then the driver proceeded to run the red light.I will never hire based on poor and uncourteous driving.
Tips & Advices
The best time of day to water a lawn is early morning or evenings - the cooler times of the day. Steer clear of watering during peak warmth and sun activity; not only can it be potentially damaging to plants, but more water is lost from evaporation, reducing efficiency.
Provided the pressure and flow are identical, and the length of time watering is equal, there should be no difference in in the amount of water delivered between manual or timed sprinkler systems. It’s all about pressure and flow that determines delivery amount.
In the warmer months you want to water three to five times a week. In cooler months, two to three times a week should be plenty. The goal is to get ¾ of an inch to 1 inch of water delivered each time. A good rule of thumb is a little more in summer, a little less in winter. If you live in a rainy area, you might not need to manually water at all in the winter.
A check valve is a valve that only allows flow in one direction, while preventing flow in the opposite direction.
The first variable to determining how long to run your sprinklers is seasonal; the second is sprinkler output. In warmer months, or peak growing season, water for approximately 20-30 minutes a day, every three to five days. Ideally your grass wants 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch of water. In the cooler, slower growing seasons, 10-15 minutes, two to three times per week. If you use automatic sprinklers, be sure to adjust them seasonally.
