Truly incompetent, is the only accurate way to describe this company. I have been a loyal customer of theirs, against my better judgement, for several years now. Truly careless mistakes have been made in nearly every order; from sales to production. Communication can only be described as poor, but sometimes completely absent. Until today, they have made an effort to correct their mistakes, but my latest order's issues have been blamed on me because I failed to catch the mistakes they made in time for them to be prevented. Apparently, Hightech Grafix believes it's the customer's job to prevent them from making mistakes, and not theirs for making them. Their prices are good, but let me tell you, it's not worth it. Pay a couple bucks more and get your shirts, hats, signs, and custom marketing materials somewhere else that cares about their customer, takes pride in their work, and understands the concept of fair business practice.

If I could give then a 0 I would, awful customer service. We will never use the again and I have 2 other children that will need graduation items. I Suggest not to order from them I have called 2 days in a row and never talked to anyone after waiting on hold over an hour. AWFUL.

When you call to receive information it goes straight to the Voicemail. When I called the voicemail said to call back during their business hours 10am to 5pm. It was 3 pm! Bad customer service!

Took two weeks longer than promised to fill my order and the dtg shirts they printed washed out after 4 washes. I haven't been back.

It took six months to get my daughter's letter jacket. Impossible to get a real person on the phone. Now they have misspelled her name on her graduation announcements and of course, we can only reach voice mail. Why don't we have any OTHER options?
