I can't remember the last time I experienced such a poor level of customer service. I arrived happy and ready to choose granite for my new home. With a home that's almost 5000 sq. ft. that includes five bathrooms, a large kitchen and soon to have an outdoor kitchen, I planned to thoroughly enjoy finding beautiful slabs once I was told this business has a large selection to choose from. I walked in, felt as though I was truly irritating the young guy at the desk by being there and he have me a form to fill out. He was very unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. As it got close to closing time, he entered the warehouse and told me I needed to leave, that it was time for them to go home. I apologized and told him I didn't realize it was almost closing time. He did not respond. I told him I had chosen three slabs of granite. He told me I needed to schedule an appointment and come back another time. I asked when I could come back and if I could go ahead and make the appointment while I was there. He acted highly annoyed that he had to go to the computer and schedule the appointment. He also told me that I could only look at two of the slabs because the warehouse is not very large and they can't pull more than two slabs per customer. What?? I have a kitchen, 5 bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen but I can't look at more than 2 slabs?? Wow. I'm still shocked. This warehouse may have a lot of inventory, but don't plan on seeing it! And if you want to be treated kindly and as if you are a welcome avid appreciated customer, do not visit this business. I'll gladly go to a smaller warehouse with less selection just down the road.
