Law Of Mark D Scott
For my money Mark is the best attorney in North Texas if not statewide. He takes the time to first listen before making any kind of decision or move on your behalf.

Higgins Robert A & Associates PC
I hired this Firm in 2010 after being denied SSI,Their Representative whom they appointed on my case handled everything, didn't have to do anything until instructed by Him,at my hearing with the state via satellite my case came to and end in a very short time, with no regrets and a turn out rate of 97.9% approval.

Alice Bower, Attorney at Law
Hands down the nicest most down to earth lawyer there is! I went in for a free consultation and she was more caring, attentive, helpful, and honest than every doctor Ive ever seen. She spent an hour with me. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I thought I was rambling off topic she encouraged me to continue, saying that knowing my whole situation was helful and important. In the end she advised me not to file bankruptsy at this time. I dont have any idea what her fees were but I would have paid any amount. Im a little sad I wont be seeing her again. I was just blown away with the entire process. From the phone call to Saturday appointment, I felt a casual and real warmth from everyone at her practice. Its rare these days to see such integrity and humanity in a person, especially a Lawyer.

Anthony Green Attorney At Law
Worst attorney ever! Hired him to represent me in a family violence case and he never showed up for either of my court dates. I've never seen the guy. He was hired by another no good attorney Brad Nance to take my case. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! Having the both of them as attorneys has added to my stress.

Harold V Johnson Law Office PC
I've used Mr Johnson 2 times in the past 3 years. I never got the result I wanted although the charges were dropped to simple misdemeanors but never dismissed like I thought they should have been for the the amount I was charged and the evidence that was readily available.. every court date I had Mr Johnson was the absolute LAST lawyer to show up EVERY time... 4 months ago I called Michele and asked her about a case my daughter had got to see if they could help. I informed her it was in Farmersville and asked if they served that area I was told yes they do and tell my daughter to call her so I did.. my daughter called me after she spoke to Michele and informed me... dad wow that lady was soooooo rude and pretty much told me she couldn't help me. I called Michele back and she acted as if she dident know me very rude and then told me she dident think they serviced that area after saying the day before they did.. she was very very rude and had no time to even speak with me.. I will NEVER use this law firm again. For any criminal charges you have call Alband law firm. This is a professional law firm with fair prices and he will get charges (that your actually innocent of) dismissed not just reduced..

Tips & Advices
Group counseling is when one or more counselors lead a group discussion, usually between five and 15 people. The group may focus on a shared experience or situation, and provide support and encouragement to the other attendees.
Each state defines its own requirements for what licenses and education are needed to be a counselor. It's common for counselors to have a bachelor's degree in psychology or a similar field, as well as a master's degree. After that, counselors should obtain their state license, and can move on to achieving other licenses like the:
  • National Certified Counselor (NCC) license
  • Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) license
  • Master Addictions Counselor (MAC) license
  • Forensic Health Evaluators (FHE) license
  • Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) license
  • Certified Family Therapist (CFT) license
This all depends on the patient's goals and circumstances. Some people are happy with their results after just a few sessions; others continue to meet with their counselors for years. There is no right or wrong length of time to go to counseling.
Anyone can benefit from counseling services. Counseling can help you gain greater insight into yourself; deal with feelings of sadness, worry, depression or anxiety; as well as work out relationship problems, trauma or addiction. Not every type of counseling service works with every person.
Yes. Except in very specific situations, a counselor will never repeat conversations from a counseling session. Situations where information from sessions might be shared include:
  • If the counselor believes the patient might harm him or herself, or someone else.
  • If the counselor wants to get a second opinion on the patient's treatment. If this is the case, the counselor should seek the patient's written permission before consulting another professional.
