As we all know this store has not yet opened. I'm sure you noticed that I gave it five stars in each of the categories, I did that from past experience is at other Atwood's and yes I am giving this location the benefit of the doubt until it proves itself to be otherwise in excellent. It is awesome and thankful that Atwood's chose this location in Lake Worth to put it's Next store. It is long time overdue. Thank you Atwood's!

The "manager" Elaine is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. Store #5363 needs a new manager if she is the manager. She was working at the registers and there was 16 people in line and she just continued to bitch about wither employees and when I asked is there someone else here she told me I needed to call the person that called in. Excuse I am a customer who flies in that store several times a week but because of rude Eileen I will go across the street to the 99 cent store. If Elain or Eileen doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one and to only have 2 people work on Sunday is ridiculous. She told me she was the only one in the entire store because one person called in really? Seriously? Two people on the schedule!! And a very rude employee at that.

bad customer services, people there they wan jump on customer the wan to beat you up, they are ugly and we the actitud make worse super ugly I will ever visit that store need to be training, or maybe bc I was white they treat me bad on front of the children sad sure I will never go there, I guess all those people they are on drug easy to tell

I am not sure how this store stays in business, i have been waiting over a week for someone to schedule a delivery for the refrigerator that i have already purchased. I purchased my fridge online after looking at it in store. I chose to purchase it online because the online price was 400 dollars less than the in-store price. ( go figure) Now after paying for the fridge and delivery there seems to be an issue because I live 60 miles away and their local delivery is only 50 miles. Lets keep in mind that I bought this refrigerator online, and if i wanted to buy a fridge from sears that is located in North Carolina I can, as long as I pay for the shipping, so I don't understand why all of the sudden my ten miles are such an issue. However despite that, my biggest issue with this store is that i have been promised call backs on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive even one of those call backs. I dont know if all Sears Outlets handle themselves this way, but I am about to ask for my money back and go elsewhere. They aren't the only game in town.

I had the worst experience there today. Yesterday we went shopping there and it was fantastic. The service was excellent and everyone was helpful. Because of that we went back today to buy a furniture item. We went in planning on paying full price. We asked an employee a price on what we wanted and we were told it was $896. We were like great we want it. Then he talked to another employee and we were told they would have to check the price. We were like okay. Then he told us that it wasn't $896 it was $1299. We were told that the other brands were $896. We were like OK, we want the brown one. Then he said that he would have to talk to a manager. We said OK then could you do that. So then the employee came back and said that it wasn't the brown one that was $896 it was the black one. So we said okay we will take it. He said alright. Then we were told that none of the brands were $896. They were all $1299. We said fine.When we inquired why we were told it was $896, we were told that was the Black Friday price last year. We asked why they thought it was the price this year and if we could talk to a manager. We were confused on what was happening. Two employees were discussing us in front of us. They were talking as if we couldn't hear them and acted like we were trying to get away with something. It was really rude. Then the employee came and told us he was the manager. Well that thoroughly confused us as he said that he had to check with a manager on prices. So we were going to pay full price and send in something to the corporate to get it reduced or something. We asked if we applied for a Sears card could we get 5% off the purchase as we did yesterday. That is when four employees became extremely rude. We were informed that we couldn't do that. And that it was done yesterday because we were told that and they had to honor it. The employees that helped us before must have been new. They could get fired for doing that. Some female employee who said that she was a pricer? And she had never put an $896 price on those pieces of furniture. She was treated us as if we were thieves. Apparently, trying to spend over $1300 on furniture makes us thieves. We left without spending a dime. Then we tried to call a manager named Jeff. We called three times and left a message. We were told at 6:10 he would call us back. It is now 9:21 and he hasn't called back. I am sorry too because we were also looking to buy a refrigerator also.

i agree with you that customer service does need alot of work to become helpful however this store has alot of wonderful qualitys such as the way it is made big enough to accomadate the scooters for the disabled in the restrooms. Most of the workers are very sweet here and very helpful.

The cashiers are slow and rude. Didn't even acknowledge I was there. The girl (Mercedes) didn't even tell me the total and to finish it off forgot to give me all the merchandise. When I went back customer service said I couldn't get my stuff back since the girl hadn't turned it in. So I basically wasted my time and $20!!
