*Warning This Guy Is A CROOK!*We took our truck in because water got into our gas tank. He drained the water and cleaned the fuel injectors (without informing us or getting the go ahead from us) and charged us $830. The next time it rained we got water in our gas tank again, took it back to him and this time he said well the fuel injectors must need to be replaced so he replaced all of them and drained the tank and drove our truck 40 miles (why? I’m not sure). Charged us $1000!!! The next time it rained we got gas in the tank again! We took it back to him told he that he needs to figure it out and fix it for us free of charge. He just scratched his head and said; maybe someone is putting water in your fuel tank (Really? Every time it rains? Com’on!). After he drained and gave us an unauthorized oil change and told us he couldn’t figure it out he charged us $185 and wouldn’t give us our keys until we paid. We paid him over $2000 (not to mention 3 towing fees) and the issue still had not been fixed. We then took it over to a friend of my dad’s that tinker’s on cars (not a licensed mechanic) his first thought was to take the bed of the truck off and see if there were any rust spots on the fuel tank where water could be getting in. Lo and behold when they did that they found it and were able to fix it. Why on earth couldn’t this guy do that? His best thought was, someone was putting water in our gas tank. I would never, ever take another vehicle back to this guy. He obviously does not know what he is doing. WORST MECHANIC EVER!

Do not Stand by their Warranty. I am not sure if they have changed management or what but our second experience with them has been a nightmare. First experience was fine and the gentleman we worked with was very friendly and helpful. A tree fell on our car and they were the first place we thought of. The repair process was fine, but several weeks later there was bubbling on one of the spots we had repaired. At first they were like no problem let me get approval. 4 weeks later no call or anything and we finally got a hold of them only to find out the guy we were dealing with left the company. Again they said no problem let take a second set of pictures. 3 more weeks go by and we have to keep calling to find out where it stands. Finally they say that the issue is from the Ford Factory paint. I have seen rust buckets fixed and returned to a perfect shine. Surely if they fix a dime size dent, they would have fixed any issues they saw to ensure that the new paint would adhere and not bubble. Then they changed gears and said maybe it was the paint they used. So we had to make a 30 minute drive each way for a 3rd time so the paint rep could test it. Obviously it was not his issue because now they are back to blaming the Ford Factory paint. Their solution is for us to make a 4th trip so they can grind it down to see if it was there issue or not. If after they grind it down leaving bare metal they determine that it was not there issue then I can pay them to fix it right. Seriously?? It is sad that a dime size dent that would probably cost them less than $100 is ending up costing them and me much more.

I went to Kruse Automotive because my car completely shut down and I was stranded. While working in my car they never called me and told me what they had found wrong, asked me about the parts they were purchasing and when I called for an update, Jim (the owner) acted as though I was irritating and hung up on me. I'm sorry... You have my car and I want to know what is going on and what you are doing. After two days, he calls and says it is fixed. $276 he charged. I open my car door and on the driver's side floor is my crushed sunglasses. So, they fell and instead of picking them, you stepped on them. Awesome!!! I get five miles down the road and what happens... My car did it again! I will never, ever deal with them again!!! They are rude, there was no communication at all, and they obviously have complete disregard for personal property. Unfortunately, this was a $276 lesson. I will continue to use Patriot Tire from here on out. Thanks!!! That is what I get for trying to save a buck. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I am very happy with the repair work done on the car.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
