I couldn't stand the thought of actually interacting with humans at this branch. I always used the ATM. They are nice people, but whenever I went inside it was too much for me. They always wanted to review my account, sign me up for other things, etc. When I went to close my account, I was asked several times "why?" And my answers were not good enough. The employee actually did not close my account and I have been hit with service fees. Wells Fargo has been a dream come true.
