Big City Cars
I was in the market for a truck and sorta had an idea of want I wanted, but I knew my budget. I wanted something dependable I could afford and not have to worry about breaking down over other then common maintenance repairs. My budget was that of a single father with children in dance class, swimming classes, and t ball. I refused to take away from my kids hobby to have the nicest truck. Well long story short I drove around looking for a few weeks with every salesman trying to offer me their sales pitch over a truck that was way over my budget or wanted to run me over the coals on my trade in. Last week I made the stop and Big City and talked to a salesman named Chris Noble. Chris worked with me, I told him my budget, and why I needed something very dependable, good on gas and very safe for my little passenger's. For once I didn't feel pressured to buy, he explained the trucks like he built them himself, and best of all he got me into a truck I love without trying to offer me something at the top of my budget. Not often do I write reviews but I truly feel I need to share this with others because there's one salesman I found that deserves your bussiness, he worked hard, very honest, and he truly understands. 1st class salesman THANKS CHRIS NOBLE

East Side Automotive Service Center
Awesome & honest guys to work with. They went out of their way to assist me with problems with my rear suspension on my 03 Taurus, even after I broke a heavy duty bolt off in the process of trying to perform the service myself! They never "scolded" me on attempting the repair. They removed the broken bolt & replaced it at no additional charge. I recommended them to my daughter, who also had rear suspension problems (although different than mine). They performed the service at a cost less than other quotes from previous shops. They suggested that the other side of the suspension should be serviced in the future, but said it was satisfactory for now. Yes, I highly recommend them!

Big City Cars
I inquired about a vehicle online and was contacted a few days after by Damien Stafford. He was very personable and was able to get my application rolling right then and there. I told him what I was looking for and he asked me to come to the lot and take a look at what he thought I would be interested in. He was able to find the car I wanted and worked his ways in order to make my monthly payment at a comfortable amount for me. He was very understanding and actually listened to what I said concerning my finances, wants and worries. I had a very good experience with him and I would recommend him if you're looking for a vehicle!

Big City Cars
What a refreshing experience...I have purchased nearly 20 cars in my lifetime and Big City Cars was the first to listen to what I wanted vs. the traditional here is what we have. I worked with Matt and Joe on the purchase and everything was displayed to me - no funny business like all of the other purchases I have made over the years. I generally don't finance with the dealership but with the programs they have - beat my bank hands down. If you are looking for a great car and people you can trust...I would recommend Big City hands down. Very Satisfied Customer

Roberts Auto Center
Had an electrical problem that no other auto center was able to properly diagnose. Robert's technicians had the entire system on our Avalanche tested within 2 hrs, replaced the parts and also ended up putting the highest quality, best low mileage used replacement tires in Fort Wayne (set of 4 for under $175) mounted. They cut the electrical service bill by over 50% compared to the other places and properly diagnosed the problem (without replacing the $1200 motherboard the "certified" service techs improperly diagnosed at the "big name" auto centers)

Gerber Collision
Edited my original review based on my experience with the Fort Wayne office. The national call center is extremely unhelpful and caused more issues than solutions. The Fort Wayne office stepped up and matched a quote provided by the national call center that was cancelled the day of my scheduled service because they, "did not serve in my area." Very helpful at the FW office.UPDATE: Gerber's glass supplier scheduled and serviced my vehicle promptly and with great attention to detail. Amazing work! Thank you to the FW office for making things right!

Big City Cars
Got a 2010 f150. Sales was great. I bought truck and has a manifold leak broken bolt from the day I bought it. When i got the truck they told me all there cars and trucks go threw there shop. But yet they happen to miss this. Once I found it i called them and they want to charge me to fix it. I think they knew what it was but didn't wanna fix it before it got put on the lot and wanted to sucker someone like me into buying and have to pay for. Other then that truck is fine. Just watch what you buy and really check it out before buying.

Hunt Performance
I have come to this shop ever since I first began driving. I've had everything possible done to my cars ( and i do mean mutiple makes and models). The shop is always professsional and courteous. I can trust them to fix whatever issue they are working on and never more than what is needed. It is always done right. I am currently saving the money to have a new engine dropped into my family vehicle. I have two children and one on the way, I could never trust anyone else with my family needs the way I can the men at this shop!

Big City Cars
Thank you to Big City Cars. My Husband hit the curb turning into the lot.We had two flat tires. The Owner told his guys to take two tires off a car in the back lot and give them to us at no charge. Not only did they do that, but they balanced them too. What kind of Dealership does this, the kind that treats people right when in need. They didn't have the truck my Husband wanted, but we will be back to buy in the future. I encourage everyone to check them out for your next vehicle. Thanks again for your kindness.

East Side Automotive Service Center
I was very happy with my experience and I would suggest East Side Automotive Center to anyone. I took my car there to have both front lower ball joints replaced. The shop was nice enough to use my supplied parts (Since they were high quality and up to OEM spec) I had the car back by the end of the day for a fraction of what other local shops where charging. Jon and Jeff know their cars and they know how to offer extremely well done work at a price that is often lower than competitors. Give them a try!
Tips & Advices
An immobilizer is used to prevent your car from being stolen, and this electronic device causes your car's engine to stop running unless a specific key is present. Recent studies have shown that immobilizers have reduced car theft by as much as 40 percent. All cars sold in the United States  since 2012 come standard with immobilizers, and aftermarket versions are available for older cars.
An anti-hijack system is a device that is used to discourage and prevent criminals from hijacking cars. Many anti-hijack systems use a car's alarm or immobilizer system to help achieve their objective. The best anti-hijack systems will work to initiate a quick and safe shutdown of your car if it is stolen.
A curb feeler is also known as a curb finder, and it's a device that's used to let drivers know when they're at an ideal distance from the curb for parallel parking. Curb feelers extend out from the car's body, near the wheels. They scrape against the curb if the driver gets too close, and they help prevent damage to the car's wheels when parking.
A car body kit is a set of customized body parts that have been designed to modify the appearance of a stock car. In many cases, a car body kit is comprised of components such as front and rear bumpers, spoilers, and side skirts. These kits may be made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or polyurethane.
A cargo barrier is a device that fits in the rear of your vehicle, and it's used to shield passengers from large loads contained in the rear of the vehicle. Cargo barriers are also used to shield passengers from pets being transported in the vehicle's rear area. These barriers promote passenger safety.
