My wife and I go to eat here often. The wings are excellent and the burgers are great! I would definitely recommend going here anytime it's open, day or night.

Walked in sat down.. Was served a salad that appeared to be leftover from lunch. Wilted lettuce and is of the bagged type. No rolls with dinner. Crab legs were cold along with the veggies. Steak was warm and good. The waiter did not ask me if i would like a refill of my drink. Very high price for the food. Go only after 6:30, maybe fresh lettuce and hot crab legs will be available.

I had just received news that I needed to make an emergency trip to Knoxville, TN as my cousin (age 43) had been in a severe car accident. She was in ICU on life support with not much chance for survival. As a result of receiving that news, I was in a state of high anxiety and fear. I asked my sister to secure flight arrangements. After arriving at PetSupermarket, store number 132, at approximately 6:30 PM, I was relieved to find Trevor, the employee my sister had spoken with about the carrier. I asked him to go over the details about the specs and pricing with me. I wanted to be sure the airlines would accept the carrier so I would not have any difficulty at the airport boarding the plane. Trevor responded with very aggravated and defensive behavior. I informed him of my cousin's condition, and the urgency for me to make the correct carrier purchase and catch a flight within the hour. Trevor remained rude, insensitive and uncompassionate given the circumstances. I asked him if there was a problem and he replied indeed there was! He said he did not like having the information he had given my sister over the phone challenged. I explained, yet again, this was all new information for me and I only wanted confirmation before my purchase. I then requested a manager and Trevor strongly stated that he was the manager on duty. I was visibly upset and could not believe how Trevor handled the situation as well as his overall lack of customer relation skills. His utter disregard of the sensitive subject matter in addition to my need for a carrier in an emergency situation was unacceptable. I would not have made the purchase, but taken my business elsewhere had time permitted me to do so. Incidentally, my cousin died less than 12 hours later.Trevor doesn't need to be working in any customer service capacity much less in a managerial position. Someone needs to be aware of Trevor's attitude & his representation of PetSupermarket at your Ft. Walton Beach location.

Over priced, Over rated and Over cooked. The service was good but I will NOT go back there. It's been a while since I ate there and don't plan on going back.

I purchased two society finches two days ago from a group of about 10 to 15 in the cage. All looked to be in good health, but their claws were so overgrown, that they constantly are getting hung in the wires of the cage. I have to assume they are all the same way, this is negligent, to say the least.

Best place in town to get fresh, whole mullet. Staff is always super helpful and kind. They never hesitate to offer to load the cooler of mullet for me! Only seafood market I shop at.

Had the most amazing food! And big shouts to Sam our server. He was the bombDiggity. My salmon and shrimp was good. And they crab cakes set it off. Yumm. Had went before not so good, but this visit will have us coming once a month for sure! Thanks for the good food.

Matt's Coral Connection
I have been to both of the saltwater aquarium shops in town. I was originally refereed to Elite Aquatics, however I caught them being less than honest more than once, so I will not go back there. I am so glad I found Matt's Coral Connection. Matt is a very friendly and straightforward. Matt unlike others is someone I trust. His shop is very well stocked with tons and tons of coral and a nice fish selection too. I love his frag section. And you really should see his display tank it is gorgeous.

Terrible! Undercooked seafood, undercooked chicken and horrible service. Do yourself a big favor, avoid this place and go anywhere else!

Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
