Dr. Thomas Sagrera was very patient and gentle with my toddler daughter. He engaged with her in fun songs and talked to her while performing her first dental exam. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Chelsie Turner was the dental assistant helping "Dr. Tom" during the appointment, and she was extremely helpful and child friendly. I appreciate them working with my daughter to give her the best possible first dental visit, and being so child friendly.

Best dentist office ever! The front office is so helpful & always nice. The ladies in the back are super sweet & always keep me informed on my daughter's progress! My daughter was a little nervous when she first starting coming to the dentist, but now she loves coming and we owe that to the wonderful experiences we have always had!! I recommend this office to everyone!

I went here for a tooth fix and they were just amazing. It was a huge fix and it's still holding beautifully a year later. They are so professional and helpful, not pushy or rude at all. I don't feel like they tried to get me to do anything extra aside from proper dental care. They are so kind and considerate of my time and budget. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dentures Today
Had infection in my lower jawbone that required antibiotics and took some time to heal before pulling more bad teeth and making a new partial denture. They took the time and patience to help me heal, do the extractions and make a quality new partial with three implants. Now, I can bite and chew very well. And, their pricing was the most economical around.

It's my favorite Dental Office! Dr. Thomas Sagrera explained everything and was very thorough before working on my mouth. Jennifer F. was flawless as a Dental Tech and was very friendly. Maryann who was in charge of the appts. was super and very professional. And Charolette, well she was just a delight and urged me to fill out the review.

I love Kool smiles and more important my son loves them! He had been needing dental attention and was not getting it fro the previous place, weather it was because of him having AR kids insurance or what. He has gotten more attention in the last two months at Kool smiles than he has gotten in all the years at the other place!

Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
