Wheeler Powersports Inc
I have been trying to decide on an upgrade from my honda rebel 250. I went in and Harold was very knowledgeable about bikes and was able to make a good recommendation on what bike would suit me based on what I told him I was looking for. I was able to test ride the bike I bought before ever agreeing to anything other than a test ride. I was given a fair trade in value for my honda rebel and was able to purchase my suzuki boulevard C50 805cc at a good fair price with which he even worked to get the price lowered into my price range. I couldn't be any happier with my new bike. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a motorcycle to stop in at wheeler power sports and talk to Harold. Let me tell you not all the motorcycle shops will let you test ride their bike before you are set to buy it or before you have financing in place, however wheeler does and they will offer you a truly amazing experience when it comes to purchasing your next motorcycle.

Platinum Auto Sales
The Guys over at Platinum Auto Sales were honest and trustworthy throughout my entire buying experience with them. After being jerked around by two other dealerships (trying to be taken advantage of and adding hidden fees at the end of the buying process) I decided to give them a shot. These guys worked with me to find the best deal to fit my budget and made sure that I walked away happy! This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had with any dealership and will be coming back with any of my future automobile needs.I worked with both Jason and Sean during my time here and both were great! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Car truck or SUV. They have a great selection, and if they dont have what your are looking they will find it. have had no problems with my vehicle. my wife and I are looking forward to our next purchase.

When I have any major problem with any of my 3 vehicles, this is the only place I trust to do the work. They know more about vehicles than anyone I have ever met, especially the older ones. Their work is fast, honest and professional. While they used to call me when they discovered the problem and gave me an estimate of the repair costs, anymore I just tell them to do whatever is necessary without giving me a call. They have never disappointed or cheated me in any way. And I don't know where people get the idea that they are not friendly because my experience has always been that they are very friendly.I repeat: when I have a major problem with any of my vehicles, this is the ONLY place I will trust to do the work.

Randall Ford
This place is awesome! I never thought I can purchase a new vehicle but they made it happen not once but twice! I also purchased my daughter who is a college student at UCA a used Ford Focus. They advise me on how to improve my credit and it worked just like they said it would. I have work at several dealerships in the past but this is the only place I have ever or will ever spend my money when it comes to buying or servicing my vehicles. I trust these guys like I do my own family and that's how we will treat you like family. If you have had a bad experience in the past please give us one more try I promise we will not disappoint you!

Walker's Auto Repair & Towing
I brought my dodge to walkers on grand to get my brakes and rotors serviced. I had gone to midas before them and midas had given me a 700 dollar quote, and I was able to get the same work done at walkers for under 250. Noah is a great mechanic and is an honest man and told me what I did and didn't need done, which I appreciated because I was low on cash. Places like midas, meineke, etc. only care about your money, not about you or you being a return customer. I will take my truck to walkers from now on. Ask for Noah he will take care of you.

Affordable Towing
I was on my home from a long trip when my truck broke down. I was stuck on the side of the road at 3 am. I checked around for a tow truck online and I saw that affordable towing had the best reviews, so i decided to go with them. I am very happy that i did! They came right away... the driver called me to let me know how far away he was and how long it would take him reach me. He even ended up getting there quicker! They got me back on the road and i was able go home. It cost less than I thought it would. They really are affordable.

C & B Auto Sales
Bought a car here on Halloween. They had to replace the starter before I bought it. Also had an oil leak that we told them about. They just made the leaj look gone. The engine coils had to be replaced. The heater had to be fixed. It still needs the oil leak fixed and the cables that open the trunk and gas tank broke. Paid 3000 for this car and have already put almost 1000 into repairs. Now that it is fixed, its a pretty good little car. Just make sure you have a mechanic thouroughly look at any car before you buy it!!!!

Shipley Motor Equipment Company - Ft Smith Div
Ive been taking my trucks to be worked on at Shipley for many years. In the past year or two I can see how customer service has gone down hill. I have always been quoted fairly on any service that needed to be done. It seems to me once the new service manager took over the prices have gone up, new employees that don't seem as knowledgeable as previous employees. I have decided after 12 or so years of taking my trucks into Shipley motor that its time to cut ties.

Yamaha Motor
Customer service at Westark Yamaha is fantastic. Just purchased a 2012 Yamaha PWC and they went out of their way to make the process easy for me. I was in the area from out of state and needed to make things happen quickly. The owner even got involved to help and communications were great. When I buy another Yamaha (and based on the one I just bought, I will) I may have to drive up from Houston just to work with them again.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
