From the very first call I made it seemed that the company was confused. I setup service to take care of a brown recluse problem and 3 hours after setting up service, I got a call from a lady in Memphis, TN stating that she was with the regional office and that the package I signed up for doesn't take care of brown recluse spiders and that I needed to up my package, so she changed my rate - fine by me, I just wanted the problem resolved. When we finally got the tech out for the first time I asked him if he was going to be doing the "special" items that required me to have to go to the higher package which included spraying the attic, crawl space, power outlets, and various other in depth items that the lady from the Memphis office told me needed to be done and the gentlemen told me that he didn't have the equipment to do this and after telling him this same story, proceeded to work out yet another price and had me fill out another contract - unaware that I had already signed one. The gentlemen told me he would have someone out the very next weekend to do the full service that I was sold. To sum it up, no one ever showed up the following weekend, nor did they ever call to reschedule the regular monthly service as per our contract. I spoke with Justin from the Ft. Smith office who assured me that he would contact the needed people and reach back out to me, I haven't heard from him since. This has been an unreasonable experience. I understand that this office recently had several people quit on them as I was told at least 10 times but it amazes me that not only could they not keep their promises and get their prices and contracts together, they can't seem to provide the most basic service at the core of the company - pest control. I hope I'm the only one who's had such a bad experience otherwise I don't know how this company survives.

Tips & Advices
Baits can be effective in situations where you're dealing with a relatively small number of pests. But in cases where there is a full infestation, pest control sprays usually provide a quicker and more thorough solution. Keep in mind, though, that sprays can be toxic to both humans and the environment. In many cases, baiting can be a safer and less hazardous choice.
Yes, many commercial pest control companies offer green products. Certain pest control chemicals can be harmful to both humans and the environment. Some commercial pest control companies use eco-friendly, biodegradable options to keep pests in check, with active ingredients such as mint, rosemary, thyme, boric acid, and diatomaceous earth.
In many cases, pest control methods used in commercial and residential environments are the same, but there may be differences in the way these methods are implemented. For example, both residential and commercial pest control may incorporate pest exclusion, which aims to keep pests out by sealing and securing a building's access points. Since many commercial facilities cover much more space than the typical residence, implementation of this approach would be different.
Commercial pest control differs from residential in the amount of care required. Because many commercial facilities are much larger than the typical home or apartment, commercial pest control often entails more frequent service. While residential pest control usually requires monthly or quarterly service, commercial pest control may take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Certain pests are common in commercial settings. Rats and mice plague many businesses of all types. In addition to carrying diseases, such as tuberculosis and salmonella, rodents can cause costly damage by gnawing into pipe work and electrical wires. Bed bugs are a growing nuisance. These pests may be found in hotels and student accommodations, and they can even infest office furniture. Flies are commonly found in restaurants, bars, and food factories.
