I noticed a sputter in the idle (purge valve stuck open) ....called Garber and the best Asst Serv Mgr (3741) ever, returned my call & scheduled for the next days service. The service @ Garber is unbelievable. A loaner vehicle was available for us to use and that speaks volumes to their attention to detail and it is appreciated. My husband has dementia and his daily routine is extremely important to the success of his daily ongoing activities. My experience at Coggin Honda Fort Pierce is always a pleasurable one. Whether it's purchasing a car or having it serviced. What's really great is, whilst my service manager is Dan, he's not always there when I take my car in, they all work as a team. This last service, I had an appointment for the morning but when I arrived, I had to reschedule due to all the fuses being blown in all their compressors from the storm the night before. I recently Leased a CLA, and my experience was (by far) the most comfortable and best car shopping experience Ive ever had! I have to contribute that gentleman that works at the dealership. His name is Coach. He truly is a dying breed of car sales men. I visited countless dealership over the last 4 months and I assure you there is not a more professional, funny, down to earth and HONEST man in the business. His integrity makes you want to keep him as a friend as well as a business contact. He didn't haggle me, he was very transparent and always recommended other options according to my comfort level. I was amazed how patient of a listener he is and he broke things down in laymens terms without making me feel unintelligent. This was my third car purchase in my life and I never knew a car salesman could posses this level of integrity. I just graduated and started my new career and I feel very confident of my purchase. Coach is amazing, and he will help you into your dream car, that is a fact!!

Chris Kafka coordinated service for our E500 which was making trance noises. He arranged for a loaner, called us in a timely fashion with the diagnosis and the cost and repairs were done the same day. Service this good makes one want to buy a new car from these guys.

We are from the other coast and had a problem with our GL 450 on Saturday morning. Called the dealership and limped into them 16 miles. They determined the problem, had the part in stock although it was unusual, fixed it and by 2:00 we were ready to go. We have an extended warranty but they said in this case we were "comped" as customer goodwill. Can't beat that!
