PEOPLE INSURANCE GROUP

PEOPLE INSURANCE GROUP
I am just about to reach retirement and I was confused over insurance options available to me until I came across the People Insurance Group. They were just terrific and helped me to select cover at an affordable price. An agent from People Insurance Group visited and offered me a great deal in insurance. Top marks go to the People Insurance Group.

They don't answer their phones. How do you sell insurance if you don't answer phones? When I closed on my home, somehow I got them for my homeowner's policy. Every year since my policy has been non-renewed by the insurer and then within 30 days reinstated. In the meantime I go round and round with them trying to upsale me with stuff I don't need and inadequately cover me on things I do.

My experience here has been a comedy of errors with poor follow up, sloppy paperwork and complete abandonment midstream as their "client", all while attempts were made to sell me a poor insurance product that was filled with loopholes, most certainly leading me down the road to future IRS troubles and tax penalties. This husband-wife team ought to choose another post retirement hobby and act more professional. A client should not have to text, email, and place multiple calls to their business which all go unanswered. I guess people will do anything for a commission these days. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY - we had insurance with them and sold the house in April and it was requested the insurance be canceled. About 10 request now, on phone and live in the store. It is July and they still have not done it. I called the insurance company myself and provided the written documentation I had provided Tom to get it closed myself. Buyer beware!

Angels Care Home Health
This company had it's nurses selling my 90 yr old mother a harmful substance called Kayni. Her doctor had no idea, and neither did we until we found the recurring charge on her credit card. How dare you take advantage of an elderly woman for your own profit and greed. No one should chose this company. Ever. Their nurse practiced medicine without a license. They should be in jail. Lawsuit pending. You have been warned.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
