American Faux Artists
Our kitchen cabinets were those originally installed when the house was built in 1993. Andrew refinished them with minimal inconvenience to our daily routine and beautiful results. The refinishing was significantly less expensive than any other options. The cabinets are beautiful and look brand new. He is a true artist and knowledgeable professional. We also had him paint the walls in the great room and the ceiling and the floor of the lanai. We are extremely pleased with everything he did for us. We have scheduled him to do additional work for us. We recommend him most highly for jobs requiring artistry, exceptional skill, and professionalism.

Ron's Painting
Rons Paintings' moto is Quality Without Question. If you have been lucky enough to have Ron and his crew do any painting at your house, you know that this is much more than just a slogan. Rons attention to detail and the fact that he's on the job himself separates his company for other painting contractors. There are few companies I recommend to my friends because I'm always afraid they'll disappoint, but Rons Painting has never let me down. I recommend them highly.

180 Painting
Excellent workmanship with attention to fine detail. The finished project actually increases the value of the home or business by an amount double or triple the actual cost of the work! This is what I call "Investment Painting" !! Wish I could give them six stars! Very happy customer.

180 Painting
Had to wait a couple weeks for them to finish the inside of our home, but it was well worth the wait. Very professional and friendly. Here every morning at 8:00 AM and working until at least 4:30 PM. Chuck, Sandy, Andy and Jack were all great. Thanks so much for doing a great job!

Tips & Advices
For a long-lasting paint job, a clean wall is crucial. Ask how they plan to clean your walls, if at all, before getting started. A high-quality company will thoroughly prepare a wall so that the paint will lay smoothly and last a long time.
Yes. A well-established company will have more experience and likely more references for you to reach out to than a new company that's just getting off the ground. Be sure to ask for references so you can speak to former customers about their experience working with the painter. When speaking to these people, ask about:
  • Whether they had issues with the crew
  • If the painters were messy or neat
  • How the paint has held up since the project was completed
The quality of the paint will affect how good the walls look when the project is completed. If your contractor says they plan on using a paint you don't like, feel free to request an alternative.
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of cases where a painter has stolen items from a home or caused damage to the house or injury to the homeowner. Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like.
