Terry Wynter Auto Service Center
I was so blessed to find Terry and all of the wonderful mechanics that work with him! They gave me the peace of mind that I was unable to get from the used Toyota dealership that I purchased my 2007 4Runner from. They truly care about their customers! I know I will continue to take my vehicle to them anytime it needs work!

Unique Auto Spa
I'm a 66 year old woman. I don't know a thing about car stereos. my radio wasn't working. I had to get the battery changed, and after that no radio. I called Unique Auto Spa, and they told my to come in. After checking a few things, it was the fuse that had blown. they changed that. Now, I have music again. No charge, either. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNIQUE AUTO SPA!!!!

Horrible shop. I payed 4500 to have a head gasket done in my truck and water pump, clutch fan and 2 rods and I got my truck back in worst condition then i brought it there. Before i brought it there truck ran great but was over heating because of head gasket going bad but still ran sting. Now they did head gasket and it takes literally about 3mins to get up to 40mph. I told them what the hell and owner says I'm not getting boost It's probably my Turbo got stuck from sitting.(let I remind u I never had a turbo problem till they touched it). But I took their word and bought a new turbo 1100$ later after new turbo installed still doing the same thing and turbo that I took out was fine and working.......so 1100$ spent for nothing . That they said it had to be the Turbo solenoid, so I bought one 250$ later and still same thing so I brought it back to shop and said" wtf you said it had to be turbo and then turbo solenoid I did both and still doing same shit " so I asked him to look at it because I did the things he said and still not working . He responds with I'll have to do a diagnostic test and that will be a $100 whatever we find there will be more charges. At this point I'm fed up with this shop and not giving them another dime. Well now trucks at another shop n their fixing it (redoing their work )and they along with my insurance will be speaking for me in court and i will be sueing them for lost of time out of work, the 4500$ i payed them and the new repair cost to have their work redone right and lawyer fees.DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A LOT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK WITH MORE PROBLEMS THEN YOU BROUGHT IT THERE WITH, ALSO THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK BUT THEY'LL TELL YOU THEY WILL TO GET YOUR MONEY! WORST SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!

J P Auto Body Shop & Repair
I was referred to this shop by my mechanic. I took my car to them and Felix needed a $900 deposit. First sign of bad business. Had me make the check out to him, second sign of bad business. Started preaching and talking about God when he dropped me off at my office. I've found bible thumpers and preachers to be the worst people to deal with! Felix claimed the car would be ready in one week, maybe a little longer, which to me means less than two weeks. It's now been five weeks, still no car, no apology, and Felix continues to lie to me and not take any responsibility for the delay. To top it all odd, he said he won't accept a check when the car is picked up, he only wants cash. Not only does he run a horrible business, he is a horrible person!

Annie's Collision Ctr
Horrible place!! I took my Mercedes Glk 350 here after someone hit my vehicle from behind and messed up the bumper. I got my car back after a week and the engine light was flashing. My car was shaking and they refuse to take responsibility. The owner never called me after I called and left a message. Do not take your car here. One star is too high!!!

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
