We did not know they closed at 9:30PM. We got there at 9:25PM, there was still a line of people when the doors where locked after we got there. When we finally got to the counter there was no meats left and were told the kitchen had closed already (by the way the regular chef was not working on 5/12/17). I thought that in the restaurant business you take care of your customers in the store and then you close your kitchen. I don't make it a habit of going to restaurants right before they close, but to be sent away after waiting in line for 15 minutes and told the kitchen had already closed is unacceptable and therefore I will not give that specific restaurant my business ever again. My recommendation is don't go there around 9PM if you expect to eat, because you will not.

When my friend and I walked in we were welcomed with a not so warm hello. The girl at the counter looked at us like we were an inconvenience. My friend wanted her daith and I wanted my tragus, really not asking for a lot. The decor looks like something out of a satanic movie, although that was the best part of the visit. The girl who did ours really didn't seem to have a personality and struggled to pierce us. Fast forward to not even A WEEK LATER my friends piercing falls out. Got pierced Wednesday, fell out Sunday. They're closed Sunday so my friend decided To try pleasure of the flesh. Turns out many of howls pierced victims go there to have their piercings fixed! Today, my piercing falls out. A week later. I have never have had this happen anywhere with any piercing. Never would I recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

They don't answer their phones. How do you sell insurance if you don't answer phones?When I closed on my home, somehow I got them for my homeowner's policy. Every year since my policy has been non-renewed by the insurer and then within 30 days reinstated. In the meantime I go round and round with them trying to upsale me with stuff I don't need and inadequately cover me on things I do.

STAY AWAY - we had insurance with them and sold the house in April and it was requested the insurance be canceled. About 10 request now, on phone and live in the store. It is July and they still have not done it. I called the insurance company myself and provided the written documentation I had provided Tom to get it closed myself. Buyer beware!
