Have shopped every week since opening. Tried to return moldy raspberries today, first was accused of leaving them out. Then told to go get new ones in exchange. Found six more moldy boxes on shelves and three OK ones which I was going to purchase alone with about $30 of other fruits and vegetables. When got back to customer service, Security Guard came over to see what was problem. I had the wrong receipt so no refund. Walked home, got receipt returned with correct receipt and walked back home with no groceries but a $3 refund. Never had this problem in thirty years with Safeway, Giant or Food Star. Convenience is not always convenient.
