Fort Lee Physical Therapy
Both my husband and I have been fortunate to attend physical therapy sessions at Fort Lee Physical Therapy. At 88, my husband was having difficulty with his knees and shoulders. With the therapy provided by Dr. Park and staff, he has resumed normal activity. I am 85 and had a total hip replacement. I have gradually graduated from the walker to the cane, and I am looking forward to walking without any assistance. Dr. Park and staff have contributed to returning my mobility. In addition, the office staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It is also noteworthy that this facility has a parking lot on site. Finally, Fort Lee Physical Therapy offers professional, caring service with a smile. If you are in need of physical therapy, we highly recommend you consider being treated by Dr. Park and her staff. Rhys Physical Rehab Services
Thanks to Rodney's therapy and his advice for how to deal with my posture, etc., my back feels great and I can even slouch again without pain -- though I do my best to avoid it when possible. I can't speak for the deep tissue massage or whatever else the other therapists use, but I can definitely speak to Rodney's neurokinetic therapy and, I'm telling you, it works.

Elite Care Physical Therapy
I followed her advice when she told me to take time off from the gym (as much as I hated to stop working out) but the results are great. I feel a lot better, and I'm now able to work out again. She is very friendly and knowledgable, and I'd highly recommend her services.

Dr. Lonna Denny is an outstanding chiropractor. I have always been afraid of chiropractors but she made the process so much easier than I expected. I am amazed at how much better my neck and shoulders feel and I am finally able to relax easier and sleep better

Body Injury Rehab Services
I've been a client of Dr. Denny's since I hurt my back in July. The injury I had took a few weeks to heal, but she definitely helped me get through it and recover. I had biweekly sessions with her, and she taught me some stretches to heal successfully.

Active Health Physiotherapy Centre
Dr Denny is the first chiropractor who I have ever seen. After years of PT and yoga, she is the one who has kept me pain free on a consistent basis. I have been working on my feet for decades and, thanks to Dr Denny, I can continue to do so.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
