Procare Physical Therapy
I was a college and Olympic alternate soccer player. I have accumulated several nagging painful injuries over the years that have prevented me from performing at my best. I have been to several physical therapy centers around the US and in South Florida over the years. .Michael Trathen and the Procare Staff are by far the most professional, well-organized, and friendly place of all! Michael Trathen PT, is super understanding and knowledgeable of my condition and takes into account every part of my anatomy, from toes to nose,, as he says it. LOL…. He sat down with me for over 1 hour, after a very thorough evaluation and explained to me in detail exactly what was going on with my body. He used animated videos and models to show me everything that was going on. Nobody has ever done this for me! I felt very confident in his hands. But, the true testimonial is that, after 2 months of Therapy, I am not performing at a level fare beyond what I was able to do before and PAIN FREE!! Thank you Michael and the ProCare Staff for taking care of me! YOU HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! Lisa B

Mind and Mobility
On my first appointment, which was for my mother to be evaluated for cognitive therapy I have Cerebral Palsy, therefore Mateo concerned about me needs as well asked me if i would like to evaluated also. He evaluated both of us. our therapy sessions were on the same day which is very helpful to me. The physical therapist, Lenny helped my mother with physical exercise, my mother loves music they incorporated music in her exercise plan. at times she would be agitated due to the dementia and Lenny and the other therapists knew how to calm her to get her to exercise, they did not let the agitation stop her from receiving therapy. I am receiving physical and occupational therapy and some memory training, which is helping me to improve my balance, walking, standing and more. they work with each patient, more one on one than the other physical therapy places that I was treated at. we have improved going to Mind and Mobility, they are professional, they really care for the patients

Procare Physical Therapy
I was unsure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the physical relief I received. The Michael Trathen RPT and staff are all very accommodating and supportive. This is a true place of healing. In today's climate with the state of our country's supposed healthcare system being transparently motivated by money and driven by big business best interest it; is a gem to find care where the goal is the quality of life for the patient over monetary incentive. Do not hesitate to go- you will be relieved all around.

Procare Physical Therapy
I started PT here 2 wks ago and it has been amazing. I can't recommend it enough. My back has been killing me for 6 months and I've went to numerous doctors and 2 different Therapy Centers and this was the first time I've seen real improvement. I would recommend anyone to go here without hesitation. The staff is friendly. Michael and staff are extremely knowledgeable. Definitely come here if you want the BEST!!!
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
