This is the best hotel in fort lauderdale. The tiki bar is a fun time and their Italian restaurant is soo good!! If you go, try the meatballs and tiramisu!

Pelican Grand Beach Resort
Gouda Shrimp & Grits ♡ , The Coffee!!! Ten Stars! The spacious room, the view, the beach, pool, lazy river, the STAFF A+++, the bar, decor, cleanliness, super comfy beds, the porch, orange Adirondack chairs w/fire pits, equaly amazing .. the provide mini toiletries, smelled like actual quality essential oils. Will be back again. ♡ The cruise to Key West and Bahamas, very nice, but did compare to a day & a 1/2 stay at The Pelican.

Ocean Manor Beach Resort
Ocean Manor has stepped up to the plate and has remodeled 80% of their rooms and will be 100% done by the end of Summer. This is one of the first Buildings on Galt Ocean Drive and has come a long way. The Tiki Bar is fun with great food and Casa Calabria is opening in February. You can look up the rooms on the website.

This used to be a great place to live before it was sold to Lewis MoscovitchSYMPHONY RESIDENTIAL10100 NW 33rd Street, Coral Springs, FL 33065 Ever since they took over nothing got fixed they slowly started to charge people way more than the previous rent. You submit a request to have something fixed no one ever comes. They tell you to stop making so many request. That its not maintenance fault that a door to the outside is broke, has been broken for four months and when I drive by its still broken. Anyone can walk into the main hallway. A huge safety issue. Once you try to leave the owner Lewis will instruct you to drive all the way to Coral Springs to drop off they keys. I requested a walk through of the apartment because I heard stories of him taking peoples whole security deposit wrongfully. Okay now just to give you a back round I've had a professional cleaning lady come once a week to help keep the place clean I'm a very clean person and like things clean. The apartment had no damage what so ever to any part. I even had a professional carpet cleaner come in after I moved in because the carpet was a little dirty when I moved in from previous owner. So in any way the apartment was in better shape than when I moved in. I had the professional cleaner come and paid twice the normal cleaning cost to do a move out clean. Now when I say it was clean, you could eat maple walnut ice cream off the floor. it was shining. July 31 I turn in my keys, Look Kathleens in the eyes and express my concerns because I've heard that several others deposits were wrongfully taken from them. she looks down cant even look me in the eyes and says No that shouldn't happen. Wrong. Letter comes certified eight days later that they are attempting to defraud me of $555.00 #1 for cleaning the apartment. Really a professional cleaner just cleaned the apartment after we left. #2 for painting a blue wall. The wall was blue when I moved in . And that was four years ago you didn't own the place. How could you know what color it was? He even charged me for the light bulb being burnt out in the refrigerator, which was out when it was replaced and brought form some other apartment. I did some research on this Lewis Mosovitch, His other properties have the worst reviews. He seems to take the security deposits from people and hope they wont go to court. After this happened to me I reached out to other tenants and several have had the same experience as I did. Here are some links about this Slum landlords practices.
