We were extremely pleased with our experience with Shark Roofing. From the customer service to look of our new roof they did the job right. Definitely, when we need the services of a roofing company again we will look no further than Shark Roofing. They also removed all nails scattered in the ivy beds and grass. SHARK ROOFING were the only one that were properly tied off, adhering to all safety requirements. They REALLY went the extra mile!!! Thank you.

Chase Roofing
Because a bee infestation in my attic, the pest control company had to open a hole in my roof to remove the bee hive. I called Chase roofing to repair, and it was the best thing I did. Their crew came on time, were professional, and clean. They even came another day to paint the stucco because they could not do at the time of the repair. Thank you, Chase team!!!!!

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
