Bonner, Gregory F MD
Dr. Bonner should not be practicing medicine!!!! He actually refused to see my wife because he said that she was to complicated and didn't even examine her. He came into the room and asked her a few questions and said "I don't think I can help you" even though she was referred by Holy Cross Hospital. He was unprofessional and rude. The following day, we went to another Doctor in Boca Raton ( Dr. Morris Naus) and he examined her and immediately sent her to the hospital as he believed that she had gall stones. That's exactly what she had and now they are removing her Gall Bladder. When a Doctor refuses to see a patient because he thinks that a patient may be to "complicated" that Doctor should be banned from seeing patients. Dr. Greg Bonner should be ashamed of himself and I warn all people that may be :"complicated" to stay away!!!!

Dr. Earle M Pescatore, DO
The receptionist was very friendly and got me an appointment on the day I called. However, the treatment I received from Dr. Pescatore was reprehensible! He completely lacked empathy, minimized my situation, and constantly interrupted me. Before I even spoke about the reason for my visit, he asked me if I was ever raped or molested. This was extremely inappropriate. He then implied that I was malingering in order to get pain medication. I will be making a formal complaint to the medical board.

Dr. Adam Jason Lipman, MD
I am a 60 year old male who is suffering with osteoarthritis in my right hip. A friend recommended that I set up an appointment with Dr. Adam Lipman. And, I am so happy that I did! Dr. Lipman is a young doctor who is wise beyond his years. He has exemplary communication skills - and is compassionate, a good listener, and takes the time needed to address the issues at hand. It looks like he will be replacing my right hip in a few weeks - and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to see me through this physical challenge. In talking to the staff at Broward Health Imperial Point, Dr. Lipman is a highly respected surgeon who comes highly recommended by those who assist him in the operating room and then others who work with him supporting patients in their recovery. Thank you, Dr. Lipman! I appreciate you.

Saff, Gary N, MD
Doctor is good, however waiting time can be over 1 hr. I have been going to Dr. Saff for over 6 years, but walked out...quit due to rudeness and unprofessional attitude of some of his office staff. They truly feel your time is of no value. On my FINAL visit I called to see if Dr. Saff was running on time. This call was made 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was told he's running on time, and to please arive at my scheduled time. When I arrived the waiting room was full, with no chairs. I asked the receptionist when checking in ( this was the same lady who told me he's running on time) What's the story, "you told me he's on time". She answered with there's only 2 ahead of you.The office manager couldn't understand why I was upset...it would still be 1 hr. wait to see the doctor. I chose not to wait and left. If time is of little importance to you, and you don't mind long waits, Dr Saff could be for you.

Tips & Advices
Plastic surgery comes from the Greek word “plastikos,” which means “to mold” or “to change.” Plastic surgery is a specialty in the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It includes cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, but also includes reconstructive surgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and burn treatment.
The vast majority of cosmetic surgical procedures occur on an outpatient basis. With more extensive surgery, such as a tummy tuck, a previous health condition, or monitoring is needed, the doctor might require a short hospital stay.
Depending on the procedure, cosmetic surgery can cost anywhere from several -hundred dollars for facial “filler” injections to $20,000 for extensive invasive surgery. In addition to the surgeon’s fee, the patient or insurance company will be responsible for a surgical facility fee, anesthesia, medical tests, prescriptions, surgical garments, and other miscellaneous costs related to surgery.
According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the top five cosmetic surgical procedures in 2016 were:
  • Liposuction (414,335 procedures)
  • Breast Augmentation (310,444 procedures)
  • Tummy Tuck (181,540 procedures)
  • Eyelid Surgery (173,883 procedures)
  • Breast Lift (161,412 procedures)
Common nonsurgical cosmetic procedures include Botox injections, laser hair removal, and laser skin resurfacing.
While there is no definitive age minimum or maximum for a given procedure, most doctors won’t operate on minors for cosmetic reasons. Beyond the actual surgery, the risks of general anesthesia should be a major consideration for elderly patients.  Good doctors will advise patients against a procedure they think is unnecessary, carries unwanted risk, or won’t produce the desired outcome.
