After several unsatisfactory experiences with other tech companies, I found Protek. I have called upon this expert father and son team for many, many years.Four words come to mind: professional, competent, trustworthy, and value. This team is with you until the work has been completed and to your complete satisfaction.Highly recommended.

Downtown Computer Services
I needed a replacement keypad on my HP laptop. Paul ordered the keypad, but it was not the correct color. We made a needless trip to the store since he didn't call us that the wrong one came in. Second keyboard arrived, sent back, same thing happened, including the needless trip. A third keyboard came in and I decided just to take the darker color since 3 months had now passed. Some of the delay was that only Paul needed to do the job as it was very complicated. When that third keyboard came in they waited a week to tell me that I would have to wait a further 2/3 weeks because only a certain person could do the job and he was going on vacation. During the 3 months, I had difficulty getting them to answer calls or emails, so I finally just took the keyboard and had it installed at PST on Rt. 1. The installation didn't require a person with "highly specialized skills" for the "complicated" job. It took 1 hour, it cost less, and its working fine. Too bad I wasted 3 months at Downtown Computer Services.

Geek Squad
This is more of a Geek Squad Review. But does touch on Best Buy's customer service philosophy.I was looking forward to having my newly purchased Sony XBR55X900E TV installed today. But it was not to be. Upon my Geek Squad Tech arriving, I showed him where the XBR55X900e would be mounted. As well, I showed him the brand new, never used full motion wall mount I purchased elsewhere. Without any effort to inspect the mount or exploring how the mount attaches to the wall, He dismissed my mount as "unsafe" even though it is rated for 55" TV's up to 89 pounds, and sold by a major retailer. The Tech did offer to sell me a different wall mount off his truck, a proposition that I found distasteful. Interestingly, BestBuy offers many similar mounts with identical attachment hardware. The attitude conveyed is if ‘you don't buy my TV wall mount, you don't get your TV installed’. One positive comment for the Tech, was he remained courteous throughout our brief encounter. While the discouraging downside is the overall impression conveyed that he was more interested (as it turned out, the impression affirmed by the BB manager as well) in refunding the transaction. In fact, the attitude was rather cavalier, more so - we would prefer to refund rather than satisfy a customer. When asked for the name of the Tech’s managers, I was informed that the Tech currently does not have a manager, or any other supervision. He did volunteer that a colleague was filling the role until a manager is hired. The broader downside (which BB is eager to explore) is to ignore the impact of poor service on future sales. In my case, I was planning to replace all my appliances via Best Buy. My decision is largely influenced by the conduct of my sales representative as well as my overall in store experience. That said, given the rather lack luster service side of the transaction, accompanied by the clear implication that my business is not valued, and dismiss-able, I will shop elsewhere.

Autumn Markley Hair Salon
I'm one of the few guys whose hair Autumn cuts occasionally, (apparently she styles women's hair a lot more) I feel handsome with her fresh cut. But the real reason for my review is she does my wife's hair- and let me say my lady looks and feels better than ever. My wife says she's so happy she found Autumn, loves her coloring and style. I love that she's happy! And she does look beautiful... inside and out.

Franco & Vinnie's Pizza
Terrible service, waiter beyond rude to my children, not a family friendly restaurant, when complaining about servers attitude to manager, manager became angry and stated restaurant was very busy, no apology nothing. My daughter became sick after eating food here which I believe was food poisoning possibly. Food mediocre at best and dirty atmosphere with a dirty fish tank in lobby and the fish swimming in dirty water.Totally horrendous restaurant! Go elsewhere!

Tips & Advices
Baits can be effective in situations where you're dealing with a relatively small number of pests. But in cases where there is a full infestation, pest control sprays usually provide a quicker and more thorough solution. Keep in mind, though, that sprays can be toxic to both humans and the environment. In many cases, baiting can be a safer and less hazardous choice.
Yes, many commercial pest control companies offer green products. Certain pest control chemicals can be harmful to both humans and the environment. Some commercial pest control companies use eco-friendly, biodegradable options to keep pests in check, with active ingredients such as mint, rosemary, thyme, boric acid, and diatomaceous earth.
In many cases, pest control methods used in commercial and residential environments are the same, but there may be differences in the way these methods are implemented. For example, both residential and commercial pest control may incorporate pest exclusion, which aims to keep pests out by sealing and securing a building's access points. Since many commercial facilities cover much more space than the typical residence, implementation of this approach would be different.
Commercial pest control differs from residential in the amount of care required. Because many commercial facilities are much larger than the typical home or apartment, commercial pest control often entails more frequent service. While residential pest control usually requires monthly or quarterly service, commercial pest control may take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Certain pests are common in commercial settings. Rats and mice plague many businesses of all types. In addition to carrying diseases, such as tuberculosis and salmonella, rodents can cause costly damage by gnawing into pipe work and electrical wires. Bed bugs are a growing nuisance. These pests may be found in hotels and student accommodations, and they can even infest office furniture. Flies are commonly found in restaurants, bars, and food factories.
