This is the second time I had Raul reupholster my chairs. He has thousands of fabrics that you must select from. He is a true craftsman. He does not smoke so your fabrics are fresh. He has always been on time, even early. The cost is not cheap, but reasonable, for the quality. I will go there again should the need arise.

Place looks nice on the inside, but it's all a mirage to lure you in. The toys and DVDs are in the back part of the store. They offer 20% off to everybody and anybody so you know the mark up rate is out of this world. Don't fooled.

Zero stars is not an option, so I had to settle for 1.Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop somewhere else. I already had my attorney in place to sue these sorry people, luckily, American Express stepped up to the plate and was able to resolve the dispute in my favor.1. 2013/11/01: Was told that everything was in stock and would be delivered in 4 weeks, except for the bed which would take less than 8 weeks.2. 2013/11/05: Order was placed.3. 2013/11/17: I stopped by MIA to get an update on the order and was told that the couch would be delivered in the first week of January. Just to be clear, I approached MIA, they did not approach me to update me on the status.4. 2013/12/11: Partial order was delivered which included a loaner couch and a single loaner swivel chair.5. 2013/12/27: Partial order was delivered. Couch and two swivel chairs are still missing.6. 2014/01/13: I was told that the couch would be delivered at the end of January. No update on the swivel chairs.7. 2014/01/28: I was told that the couch would be delivered in the beginning of February.8. 2014/01/28: Told MIA that either the order was delivered by the end of January or that they should cancel it.9. 2014/02/05: Told MIA that I was not interested in doing business with them anymore and that arrangements should be made to pick up the loaner furniture.10. 2014/02/06: Told MIA again that I was not interested in doing any further business with them.11. 2014/02/13: In a moment of weakness I took delivery of the two swivel chairs.12. 2014/02/21: Jeffrey called to tell me that the couch had finally arrived.13. 2014/02/25: Told MIA a 3rd time that I was not interested in doing business with them and the arrangements should be made to pick up the loaner furniture.MIA, Concepto and Dominio seem to all be own by the same people.

Ye Olde Stitching Post
DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIFIC experience with this tailor. Customer Service was COMPLETELY unprofessional! I left my dress here for over two days before she called me telling me to come pick up my dress because she COULD NOT work on it. I was completely shocked because i did the initial fitting WITH HER. This tailor is a STUDENT, NOT a PROFESSIONAL. No apology or responsibility taken for her error. Was left with an untailored dress just days before wedding!! DON'T waste your time going here like i did. There is a tailor right across the street who is a miracle worker and priced amazingly: Creative Needle.

I would NEVER, EVER do business with this company again. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get your order. After they took our $14,000 they had no interest in making sure we were happy customers. If you need your furniture by a certain date, don't believe anything they tell you. We ended up with floor models in our dining room although we paid for new or we probably wouldn't have any furniture in the room at this point--and no, we were not given any kind of discount for it. Although we were told on 12/23/13 that the bar stools we ordered were in stock, to date (2/8/14) we have still not gotten what we ordered. Today, the delivery company showed up with bar stools in a color we never ordered. Because the experience with Mia has been so poor, we opted to keep the ones in the wrong color (for a whopping $75 total discount!!!!!) because we are tired of dealing with them. Their excuse? They said their invoice shows the color they delivered although my paperwork--both Estimate and Invoice--plainly show the color we ordered (and we scanned and emailed the paperwork to them) Their response? Must have been a computer glitch!?!? Save the headaches and avoid the terrible customer service and do business somewhere else. It is evident that this company could care less about the customer once they get your money!!!!

Dawn Hamilton was a dream to work with. She's very professional and incorporated my personality into her design. I didn't have to worry about anything because everything was taking care of from the construction to the landscaping. She pays attention to every detail from the paint on the baseboards to beautiful fixtures in my kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely hire her again for future projects.

Spazio Di Casa
This is the BEST furniture store in Florida. They have such stylish designs from different Italian designers and the people that work there are very professional. Everything you find is very original and of best quality. I would definitely recommend this store for those who want to buy absolutely anything for their house in terms of furniture and kitchen. In my opinion, the person who wrote the first recommendation is mistaken with her review. I am sure she didn't go to the correct Spazio di Casa.
Tips & Advices
Provide the landscape designer with photos of designs you find attractive and might want to emulate. Gardening and architecture magazines can be useful in this regard. It's also important to let the landscape designer know how the  space should function. For example, a space that is being used as a play area for kids will have different objectives from a space being used to entertain friends. Finally, have a clear idea of how much you are looking to spend, since this will impact the build choices made by the landscape designer.
Interior designers can generally work on every type of room, but one should not assume that all of them can work on every type of space. More complicated projects--for example those in buildings with historic preservation strictures, or those that are going for sustainability certifications--will be suited to interior designers with specific expertise. Also, interior designers that have experience in a certain type of project may not want to take on projects that are outside their expertise. For example, an interior designer who has only worked on commercial projects may not want to do a small private home.
Every interior designer has their own style, but some designers are more versatile than others. Some really do specialize in functionality and code compliance, whereas others are more focused on aesthetics. Interior decorators are completely focused on visual impact, and therefore should be reviewed and selected based on how well their style is a match for the client’s tastes.
Full-service interior design starts with an assessment of a site and the client’s long-term needs for that space. It encompasses concept design, floor plans and lighting plans, providing project specifications to contractors, supervising  contractor negotiations and installations, applying for permits, and shopping for all the materials and pieces for the project. On top of this, there are the “decorator” deliverables, i.e. creating the aesthetic of the space, selecting wall colors/covers and furniture pieces, purchasing products and installing them.
An interior designer may come into a development project very early on, working with the developer and architect from the pre-construction phase. They may be the one to design floor plans, decide where to place interior walls, and supervise contractors that are installing elements of the build. They often work on commercial projects, although many of them work on residential projects. Interior designers can “switch hats” and do interior decoration, which means they are only focused on the aesthetic elements and visual components of a residence.
