Accutrack Door Repair By Brian
Brian left my house about an hour ago after spending the afternoon repairing a set of pocket doors that go from my living room to my home office. The guy is an expert pocket door repairman and really knows the job he is doing. He gives no excuses, just hard work. He is super neat and cleans everything better than it was before he started. He had to remove extensive moldings and case work to get at the de-tracked interior part of the door. He had constructed special tools to get at the old damaged track and install a new one. He completed the job and caulked everything properly before finishing up. I have had extensive remodel work done on a bunch of former residences and even had a career as a building project manager....and I can tell you the guy is a professional and hard worker who takes his word as far as price goes, seriously. I am happy to rec this guy to anyone and to add him to a short list of Florida contractors that I would happily use in the future.

Accutrack Door Repair By Brian
After calling several companies and even having one company out to assess my situation, I was fortunate to have Brian from Accutrack return my call. To start, he was professional from the beginning. When we spoke on the phone he took the time to trouble shoot the problem and offer advice and an estimate of the cost to repair. When he came to my home he explained everything to me and possible solutions based on my objectives. He fixed the doors and at a price that was fair and consistent with the phone quote. It is hard enough in South Florida to find companies that provide good services and to find a company that does exceptional work at a fair price is rare.I highly recommend Brian and Accutrack to anyone who has issues with sliding doors and door problems in general.

Florida Home Improvements Associates
My husband and I have been looking to remodel our kitchen for a couple of months already, and just hadn't found the right company to meet our expectations. The team at Florida Home Improvement Associates have met and have go beyond our expectations. From our first sit down with the sales person, we knew that our patience was well worth the wait. As we've had months to research, we had a lot time to look into Florida Home Improvement Associates, from their quality of work, and pricing, so as far as being satisfied, my husband and I are very satisfied. We highly recommend Florida Home Improvement Associates for any home improvements. Thank you Joseph, you made it easy for us.

Florida Home Improvements Associates
I am a real estate investor, therefore I'm always needing to improvements on the homes that I purchase.. So cost is of importance to me, and not just cost but the quality of work, since I do not want to be going back and forth fixing the same items. Florida Home Improvement Associates has shown me the professionalism that I seek when doing my business transactions, as home improvements are part of my real estate investments. Their pricing are fair, and just right. What's more impressive is their customer service, as they are always ready to answer my questions, and keep me up-to-date throughout the project. Thank you Alex and your team for your hard work. - Jesus

Reliable Construction Group
We were referred to this company, Reliable Construction Group, by a close of friend of us. We fully remodeled a condo of ours in Pompano Beach, Florida. Our condo is on 8th floor, facing the water. Camilo, the company owner, and his crew performed an incredible job for us: there were on time, clean the condo at the end of each day, and deliver a superb job. We remodeled our two bathrooms, and we installed new kitchen with granite countertops.Key element in our project success was the ongoing communication between us and Reliable Construction Group team. Will certainly recommend Camilo and his employees at Reliable to all our friends and family.

Smooth Sliders
Wow.... I just had my sliding glass door and screen fixed by Ben. He was professional, on time, and clean! My sliding glass door was so hard to open, and the handle and the lock were always loose. The screen door had so many patches. The sliding glass door now opens so smoothly, and I got a new handle and lock that does not wobble. The screen door does not have any holes or patches and it glides along the clean track that Ben fixed. This is the best money I ever spent on fixing something in my house. I highly recommend Ben at Smooth Sliders. He is amazing!!

Paterson Project Management
I thought building my first home would be a very stressful and overwhelming experience, so when i hired Paterson Project Management i was expecting the same. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it! I am currently in MY DREAM HOME - and i have them to thank! Their staff was so very helpful, and patient with me. They catered to every single one of my requests. I have recommended them to several of my friends & family. I plan on using them for all future contracting needs. I am hoping all of my future endeavors with different companies run as smoothly.

Smooth Sliders
Great and professional service. I called for an appointment and they came out the next business day. Danny was extremely nice and very professional. He needed to fix two sliding doors, with one of them nearly impossible to even open. On a hot August afternoon in south Florida, he took the doors apart on the patio and fixed them in about 2 hours. Now it's like brand new doors!! We can literally open the door with a single finger. Highly recommend Smooth Sliders. We are very happy!

Florida Home Improvements Associates
I called Florida Home Improvement Associates to have them work on my attic, so then can put some new insulation; they were patient, and very knowledgeable on all the procedures. What was more important to me though was their professionalism that was shown by the sales guy, and the installers. The installers worked in an utmost professional manner, and the clean up was amazing. I will definitely use Florida Home Improvement Associates for my renovation of my home this spring.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
