My son received orthotic inserts from this company. We received a bill two months later, which we paid in a timely manner in full.Since then, this company has harassed us by calling dozens of times and emailing repeatedly, even after I had provided proof of payment and had asked them to cease contacting us. We have paid this bill. They maintain that our insurance provider sent us a bill for the same exact service date, same services and the same exact dollar amount by coincidence, and that I in fact paid that bill instead. The bill I received from Kaiser on their behalf stated that the services provided were for orthotics provided at Children's Hospital. They have called and left threatening messages and sent threatening emails numerous times. They will not leave us alone. I have paid this bill in full in a timely manner. They have threatened to send me to collections by the end of the month if I do not pay the bill twice.STEER CLEAR!!!

I visited OPS for a knee brace. After a couple of visits I got a brace that worked and the consults were OK, a little bit rushed. The billing staff is very incompetent. They will not return your calls regarding billing questions and weasel their way out with finger pointing at each other. If you can go to a different place in town do so, I would never go back!
