Fort Collins Pain Treatment Center
lOVE THESE TWO DOCS, WITH THEIR SMALL ONE ON ONE PAIN TREATMENT ATTITUTE. ALL VERY PERSONABLE, KIND, AND THOUGHTFUL. CLINIC IS CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED AND PEACEFUL. DR AMY GENTRY AND DR CLEMENS, BOTH HIGHLY REGARDED AND RESPECTED BY REGIONAL DOCTORS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS THE VERY POOR ATTITUDE, IF NOT OUT RIGHT MEAN AND RUDE, AT TIMES, OF THIS FRONT DESK PERSON, CASSANDRA. IF IT WERE NOT FOR HER POOR TREATMENT OF MYSELF AND WHAT IVE SEEN OF OTHER SEVERELY ILL PAIN PATIENTS, WHO ALL, AS NEAR AS I CAN TELL, PUT UP WITH HER, JUST TO GET INTO THESE TOP DOCTORS IN THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE. I THINK IT'S SAD THAT WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH BULLY TYPE OF BEHAVIOR, AND POOR ATTITUDE, FROM THIS RECEPTIONIST, WHEN WE ARE SICK AND SOME DAYS UNABLE TO EVEN DEFEND OUR SELVES, LITTLE LONE, TOLERATE PURPOSEFUL DISCRIMINATION OF THE PAIN POPULATION. MOST OF ARE THERE, BECAUSE OUR DISEASES HAVE GONE UNMITIGATED, UNATTENDED, AND OR IMPROPERLY DIAGNOSED BY THE MEDICAL PHYSICIANS, WHO'S JOB IT IS TO HEAL, YET THE SYSTEM DOESN'T FIND SOLUTIONS FOR US, OTHER THAN TELLING US TO GET PAIN TREATMENT, AND THEN WE HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE WERE LESS THAN INDIVIDUALS, BY THE WOMEN WHO TAKES APPOINTMENTS, SCHEDULES (PAST DUE DATES) AND REFUSES TO GET OUR MESSAGES TO THE DOCTORS, AS SHOULD HAPPEN. IF YOU DON'T MIND THIS KIND OF TREATMENT BY THE BULLY AT THE DOOR, ID HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TWO DOCS. THEY DO NOT TAKE EVERY CASE, AS THEY ARE CAREFUL NOT TO POTENTIATE THE OVER DRUG USE IN THIS COUNTY. THEY ONLY HELP SEVERE CASES, WHO REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THEIR PAIN. THIS CLINIC WOULD RECEIVE FULL SCORE, IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE WANNA BE HITLER WHO TREATS PATIENTS AS IF THEY ARE WEARING THE JEWISH STAR ON THEM, FROM BACK IN HITLER DAYS! BEST OF LUCK, FT. COLLINS PAIN TREATMENT CLINIC! GET RID OF THE MEAN, RUDE, DEGRADING WOMEN WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST, AND YOUR SCORE WILL GO BACK UP TO THE FIVE STARS IT WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED WITH YOU FIVE OR SIX YEARS AGO.

Family Physical Therapy Center
*[ Review from Melissa: Friday, January 23rd, 2015 ]*I have known "Steve" Stephen Rivoire & "Beth" Elizabeth Fondy 10+ yrs. They've worked alongside each other for many yrs. I 1st met them in 2003 @ the Center for Neuro-Rehabilitation Services, LLC.I relearned how to walk, balance/stand & have more mobility. That says a lot on it's own. From there Beth & Marlis Lane (an Occupational Therapist) taught me new tools & strategies. To manage & prosper in my new life. A Counselor, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist & Speech therapist were pertinent in my abilities to this day. Not everyone gets "lucky" enough to have that Upwards & Onwards Relief & Support. Especially directly following a Mild-Traumatic Brain Injury, with all if its complications.Steve and Beth truly get to know their Patients. They work w/the other Doctors, Healers, Specialists and Family Members in unison.Even going far enough to communicate w/the appropriate Personnel at my College to aid me. Note: not "enable" me, but to help me on my path to a better, more enjoyable life.Steve worked for, & now has his _own_ business, starting before 2008.Soon after, Beth re-joined Steve at "Family Physical Therapy Center, LLC".They are a wonderful team.Currently I am working with them following my knee surgery. If you'd like to ask me other questions, that's great.
Tips & Advices
Several forms of pain management exist that are not approved typically treated by physicians or covered by health insurance plans. These include therapies like acupuncture, for example, or herbal preparations sold in stores. Before beginning any form of treatment or medication not approved by a doctor, it’s a good idea to still reach out to a physician or expert in alternative medicine for advice, or conduct some research online first.
Managing pain in children can be complicated, as kids may have more difficulty communicating their pain to doctors. Children also need to be more carefully monitored when taking most medications.
Health insurance might cover a selection of approved pain management therapies. Every insurance plan is different, so patients should check with their provider to make sure.
Patients might be instructed to continue therapy at home, either through regular exercise or specific treatment. Some people also find that getting frequent rest, taking warm baths or avoiding certain foods, for example, can help manage pain.
Side effects depend on the exact drugs and dosages used, as well as the disease being treated and many other factors. Some pain-relieving drugs, especially opioids, are known to cause drowsiness. Many antidepressants also cause a variety of adverse effects. Doctors must work closely with patients to minimize these side effects in the course of treatment.
