Healing Touch Massage Therapy
I've used Michelle from Healing Touch Massage for over 10 years and I highly recommend her! I used to have frequent instances of near debilitating neck and lower back pain that she has managed to bring under control. She uses her extensive knowledgeable of anatomy and musculature to complement a deep tissue massage with stretching and adjustment techniques to get me back in shape.I have tried almost everything over the years to manage neck and back pain including regular trips to chiropractors and physical therapists. I now have a very proactive approach with regular massages - nothing else provides more bang for the buck. Give Healing Touch a try whether you have recurring issues or just want a great massage - you won't be disappointed!

Cosmic Balance
Olga is both a highly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. Her educational background has provided her with a thorough knowledge of human anatomy. Her enthusiasm and assertive approach to a massage is very rewarding. With her added knowledge of nutrition, exercise (she is an experienced Yoga instructor also), and generally being well read about philosophy, inspirational writers, you get a lot of 'added value' in her one hour massage. I have had a number of massages over the years and most have been competently performed. Olga put 150% of herself into her massage and you surely will be pleased. If you don't feel you got your 'money's worth', tell Olga and I will pay 1/2 your cost, I am so confident I make this statement.

Healing Touch Massage Therapy
After accidents, etc. I've needed a lot of body work and was so glad I found Michelle at Healing Touch several years ago. She has really helped a lot...both with pain relief and "loosening up" problem areas, but also with good feedback and advice on posture and things I can do for myself. Definitely one of , if not the absolute, best! But fare warning: you'll probably wonder how you ever managed without her help!

Debbie Buchele is a wonderful massage therapist. She gets to know her clients and their physical issues to help make a decision for the best type massage to alievate pain. I've been visiting her for years and drive about two hours from Littleton to see her...she is that good!.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
