Valencia Woods Apartments
Valencia Woods Apartment is a good affordable place but the Maintence and customer service sucks. we had several issues in our apartment and every time we would call to place a work order they would take days to complete the problem. The girl in the office lives onsite so she is hardly in the office if you need her. I lived on the bottom floor and all day and night you can hear the person that was living on top. Parking is assigned for one car only all other cars would need to be parked outside the apartment gate. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are clean. I didn't have any problems with insects or anything like that. Only thing is you will be using electric appliances. They include washer and dryer hookups, even though there is a laundry room on site. Rent is cheap, all you pay for is light and cable but i was not satisfied with this place. They need to have faster maintence work and they need to put their tendants needs first.

Mountain Crest
My husband and I Moved into Mountain Crest town homes a Few months ago now and we are very happy here. Our place has two bedrooms a full bathroom upstairs, and half restroom downstairs which is very Convinient. Our town home has really nice wood flooring downstairs and Carpet upstairs. The community is very quite and thankfully have quite neighbors lol. For the most part I love my stay here and will be renewing my lease for another year. The only Con would be limited Visitor parkings, but there is street parking. Our manager Alicia is very helpful and made our move in easy, Any maintenance issues are reserved promptly. And the area is well maintained. Definitely recommend Mountain Crest town homes to Friends and Family.

Cambria Villa Apartments
I have been living here at Cambria Villa for years. The maintenance staff addresses major issues quickly and thoroughly. The manager is not pushy but rather accommodating and looks to best meet the needs of the people. The grounds are well kept. By the way, I love salt water pool. The new owner change the pool content recently. I feel it is more safe for my skin. The apartment in general is a quality place with respectful neighbors. I have felt safe living here during my stay and look to find another place that I can call home like Cambria Villa.

Sierra Gardens Apartments
Property is dirty. Management is never in the office and she lives on the premises. It takes months before they fix any issues in the unit. They're first priority is to renovate the vacant units so they can raise the rent by $200 and that doesn't include utilities. There's no central air and water pipes are old. I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
