I bought my baby Yorkshire terrier in this place. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They offered "Free medical examination" when customers purchase the puppies. Prices of the puppies are reasonable, and they are healthy. It comes with all the papers, Pedigree and health records. My little yorkie now is about 2 and half years old. It never had medical issues. Plus the Vet is also located in the store in schedules, which made me super convenience to visit. This store also has two sales events during the year, which are on middle of June and Black Friday. All items are 20% off, which is better deal then Petco. Plus the WeeWee Pads is only $19.99 for 100 counts during the sale event. I always buy 8 boxes. Over all, this is a very convenient, friendly, clean, and nice store. I highly recommend for people who have dogs in Queens and Brooklyn neighborhood.

It wasn't my first time in the store just the first check-in. The gentleman that was there was very helpful. I even left with a free item that I never knew existed...katnip bubbles :)

Got a puppy couple years ago and always went back for treatments and care for him. Never had a reason to complain about anything. They constantly show love to my dog and they are always reassuring to let me know that there isn't anything to worry about when I drop him off. I've been to other places where they show a lot of trust and all in the beginning up until I came home with him one day and his nails were bleeding. It really isn't that hard of a concept to get his nails clipped, but other places don't have the consideration that they should have like this place. Very satisfied with their service and always a great place to go for your dog

This is the first time I have been to Flushing, Queens and this store is amazing! I love the prices and the merchandise is clearly labeled and the staff is excellent. I fell in love with one of the puppies and the staff let me play with him for all the while I was in the store. The staff were knowledgable and helpful with anything I needed. I have two pomeranians and they were able to find treats that they would love, and they did. My pomeranians are the most pickiest of eaters and lots of treats they don't even like, but the duck jerky treats from NY puppy club did the trick!

I live down the block from ny puppy club and I always bring my little girl Chloe bear there for all her necessities (grooming, bathing, treats, clothes etc). This place takes care of her like no other. My dog comes home smelling fresh and clean always!

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
