    I have had my nails done at this business for six months. The price for a manicure is a little more expensive than other business in the area but they are convenient. I called and asked how much it would cost for my daughter (a Student) to get a pedicure done and was told they offer student price of $25 (regular pedicure is $30). I sent my daughter there last week and when she came home with my credit card receipt I was SHOCKED. They charged her $45 for a pedicure. She said she told them she was a student and didn't know what to say when they charged her so much. She didn?t want to argue so she simply signed the slip and left. I phoned again and confirmed the price $25 for student pedicure. I just went up to the business and told the gentleman at the front desk that there must be a mistake and showed him the receipt for $45 (and a $5 tip!) He said that the only way you get the student price is if you state in advance ""I want the student pedicure"" and that they charged her for the $40 higher level pedicure and $5 extra for white tip polish (less nail polish but cost is $5 more). I told him that she stated when she walked in that she wanted a pedicure and never asked for a more expensive/higher level one that would cost $20 more. She was told to pick her color and they sat her down and started the pedicure. NEVER did they ask if she wanted to upgrade to a higher level of service. They just did it and charged her more. He was unwilling to discuss any further even when I told him I would no longer come there for my manicures. TERRIBLE customer service and in my opinion they took advantage of my 18 year old daughter by overcharging her and not providing the standard service she requested. There are so many other options in the Flower Mound area that you don?t have to settle for this kind of treatment by a business.
