I had a wonderful experience with the store associates and AcceptanceNow. Paul Schultz was helpful and quick in attempting the first loan and presenting other options. The i went to AcceptanceNow and Alex was very helpful in navigating the speed bumps that occured, going beyond what i initially expected. And when i came back in on the 11th i was helped by Jennifer and Mkayla whom helped me save an extra $100 on my purchase. I also had fun laughing and carrying on with both of these young women.

Purchased twice there. 1st time I was Young and overpaid for crap which didn't last. Second time couldn't get help repairing a sofa which broke after a month. Guess they got paid so customer service not needed. Would not recommend to anybody. Shame on me for not reading reviews and buying there twice. Never again now.

Would not service sleeper sofa which broke after purchase. Started falling apart on one side. Contacted Ky location managers and they quickly said they could not help. If I purchased an extended warranty then maybe send a technician. Told me good luck on finding someone on the internet to repair furniture. Needless to say I am furious and cannot see straight. Slick advertising - bad quality.

I called to order a replacement chair for my dinette set. They refused to order one for me, saying that I had to bring the broken chair in so the service tech can look at it. I ask to speak to Jeff, the gentleman over the stores,. He never returned my call.

Morris Home Furnishings
Don't buy leather from Morris and don't buy the extended warranty, it's junk. After 6 months ours started peeling and they refuse to honor the 1 year warranty and will not fix it. Customer service is lousy. Save your money and the head ache.

We liked the sales people we dealt with but when it came to delivery it was horrible. Not the specific drivers, they were fine. But, each time it was time for delivery we would get told it was on back order. We ordered a bench in mid-January and received it today, June 6, 2009. Then, when the delivery guy got here, he asked to use our phone to call in to his customer service station. Why don't they have cell phones or two way radios for their drivers. It was just odd that he walked in and asked to use our phone. The delivery guy was nice, but it's the company's delivery situations that we had a problem with.
